Excellent 360 degree views of Collegiate peaks and Buffalo peaks. Walled courtyard and 2 covered balconies great for sipping coffee and watching the sunrise. Located near numerous outdoor recreational adventures including shopping, art, hot springs, musical venues and dining. Hiking, ATV riding, skiing, rafting, fishing, mountain biking, four wheeling and abundant animal and bird watching are all a few minutes away from this comfortable home away from home. The open concept house allows for groups to gather yet have plenty of privacy at the same time. The property has ample room for parking- bring your toys.

They purchased this property to preserve the natural mesa area and want to share the magnificent views with guests.
