Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Upon check-out, please gather all used towels and sheets and put them in the laundry room basket. Please take out trash, receptacle is behind the house in the alley. Load and start dishwasher. Thanks!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The garage is not for parking, but can be accessed upon request for storing bikes, paddle boards, gear, etc. Please let us know if you need access.
Please don't leave food in your vehicle. We have wildlife in the area that are not shy about helping themselves, and may do damage.
Upon checkout, please leave used sheets/towels in baskets in the laundry room, and take trash outside to the receptacle in the alley behind the house.

Located in the older, more quiet part of town. We love you will be close enough to all the fun and convenient stuff~pickleball, music, restaurants, parks, trails, groceries~but when the time comes to relax, you'll retreat to a peaceful, quiet neighborhood.
