About this property

Wonderful dog friendly log cabin to enjoy the cool mountain weather.

The Laid Back Lodge has been beautifully decorated and is complete with all amenities. There are 2 bedrooms with 3 beds and 3 full bathrooms. It has a fenced yard. The lodge also has a garage and a front porch.
We are dog friendly, but we do not allow cats. There is a limit of 2 dogs. There is an additional dog charge of $85, but this can be paid in cash to avoid the extra fees added by the system.. Please no dogs on the beds or furniture. Excessive dog hair on beds or furniture will result in up to $50 deep cleaning fee. Please message me with any questions you may have.
The cleaning fees are set by the company we use. They charge us $150 and we do not place a surcharge on this. However, they do charge extra for any stays of longer than 2 weeks - $250.
The Laid Back Lodge is located on a quiet street in Pinetop-Lakes. The natural beauty of the White Mountains surrounds you on a beautiful lot full of tall pine and oak trees.
Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, our cleaning crew is taking extra measures to ensure the cabin is germ free and safe!

A wonderful weekend away.

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy cabin. There is a warm and welcoming atmosphere the moment you walk through the door. The owners are really helpful & friendly. They made our check in a breeze! They also added extra unexpected little things to make our stay even more comfortable! We highly recommend this cabin.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our week here. The cabin is just the right size, and so comfortable! We had our pup with us and it's extremely pet friendly. The fenced in back yard and dog door is a real bonus. Guy and Denise are a pleasure to deal with, and answer any questions right away. thanks for a great week!

Wonderful mountain getaway

Everything about the cabin was perfect for our family! It’s spacious enough to be comfortable for our family of 5, and our two dogs. Guy was proactive in reaching out about snow removal after a winter storm, and the neighborhood was great for walking and enjoying the snow, as well as providing easy access to skiing. Will definitely book again!

Our vacation savior

We had resevatiin for another rental but when we arrived it was not whst we expected. After leaving n feeling stranded in a hotel with our dogs. We found rescue in this rental. It was a cute cozy cabin with a small fenced yard n garage. Dog friendly. The rental were friendly, communicated well with me and any small issue was dolved quickly. Thank you!

Perfect quiet getaway

Very clean, comfortable and quiet neighborhood. Perfect yard for a dog. Hosts communicate immediately if needed. Owners Guy & Denise made us feel so welcomed. Felt like being at your own home. We will definitely reserve again. Very relaxing.

Comfortable and beautiful

The check in was easy peasy. The cabin was BEAUTIFUL and fully stocked, down to the bowls for dog food in the garage. I felt like I was at my second home. The beds were nice and comfy, better than mine at home. The front patio was the best with beautiful views and plenty of room. Plus, the cabin is in the perfect location. It is close to shopping and close to awesome mountain areas. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED MY STAY HERE AND WILL STAY AGAIN 😀

Laid back indeed

We had a very relaxing stay. The location of the cabin is perfect. Close to town and restaurants. Neighborhood was quiet. Great front porch. Great back yard for the dog. Bed was comfy. Loved that there was a garage for the car. We will be back!!!

Perfect getaway

This cabin is the cutest! Perfect for anyone traveling with a pup. Lots of room for guests and loved all the special details from the owners. Great location as well, close to town. I would stay again.

Loved the cabin

Perfect home with two en-suite bedrooms, had everything we needed. My dog loved our walks around the neighborhood. Owners were available if needed. I would stay here again.

Cozy, comfortable cabin

Well-equipped cabin with 3 full baths and fenced yard for our dogs which are both hard to find in this price range in the Pinetop/Greer rental market. Comfortable beds with lots of closet space in bedrooms. Kitchen was very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Owners were amazing at communicating about check in and answered all my questions promptly. Very kind, professional and helpful. I would definitely rent from them again!

Forth of July fun

The property is in PLCC, a great location when visiting the area. We traveled up to get away from the desert heat for a few days. Upon arrival the owner actually greeted us at the home to show us around. There was a bottle of wine, fruit, chocolates and a loaf of yummy cinnamon bread waiting for us. The home was very clean and well stocked. Thank you for making our weekend comfortable and stress free!!!

We live in Tucson and enjoy weekend getaways in our family cabin in the Pinetop CC area. We have been spending weekends and vacations in Pinetop since our kids were young, watching them grow up making forts, skiing, hiking and enjoying mountain adventures.

Why they chose this property

This was our first house in Pinetop. We have since bought a larger place, but still have a special place in our hearts for this cabin. We have decided to hold on to it and make it a rental so others can enjoy it as well.

What makes this property unique

The Laid Back Lodge is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, sounded by the forest. There are lots of places to walk, enjoy the trees, or just relax in a home away from home.
