Welcome to your White Mountain Retreat!!! We like to call it, The Lazy Squirrel, a name that came to us as we were lounging on the back patio watching all the squirrels eagerly collecting their food from the beautiful Ponderosas just a few feet off the deck.

This 3bed, 2bath upper level condo is the perfect year-round retreat for your family and friends. The moment you walk in you feel right at home, from the heartwarming decorations to the abundance of accommodations and ample space. The living space includes:

*Large Kitchen: Dining table that seats 6; Clean, brand new appliances; Pantry; All the cooking and serving amenities you need.

*Comfortable Living Room: Vaulted ceilings; Comfortable seating; ETS Heating System and Pellet Stove for additional heating if necessary, Flat screen TV (cable & DVD player); Bar area

*Covered Back Patio: Beautiful view; Private; Great location, looking over common grounds, not directly into another patio like most upper units; Very spacious; (4) Padded chairs; BBQ Grill (propane).

*Split Floor Plan:
Master Suite with King bed and full bathroom including large closet, full length mirror, flat screen
TV (cable & DVD player), separate entrance from outside, and laundry room available for extended stays.

Bedroom #1 with Queen bed including closet, full length mirror & flat screen TV (cable & DVD player).

Bedroom #2 with King bed OR (2) Twin beds (can be easily converted, and is comfortable either way), including closet, and flat screen TV (DVD player).

Tranquil Retreat

An enjoyable vacation in a very nice property in the cool pines. The condo was clean, comfortable and roomy plus had everything needed to make this a true home-away-from-home experience. Wonderful Place

Quaint, nicely decorated, condo with so many little details rarely seen. There were hooks to hang the towels in the bathrooms. There were plenty of towels. There was a bottle of wine. There were two sets of keys, not including the lock box set. The fans were quirky but Lacey quickly explained everything. The windows were left open before we arrived. Everything was in good condition and worked. Lacey was always quick to respond about anything. We would go back.

Great location within the complex.

Property does need some minor repairs. I have provided a list to the owner and she will be looking into it. The parking was good. We spent a lot of time on the back balcony relaxing and watching the birds and squirrels. There was a variety of finch, woodpeckers and even a blue jay.

Lovely condo in Pinetop close to the Pinetop Country Club and nearby trails. Large shaded patio for relaxing with a glass of wine or for grilling up some dinner. Head out the door for a relaxing walk in the adjacent shaded country club community or enjoy a coffee at the Arizona Brewing Company.

The perfect getaway

My husband and I LOVED our stay at The Lazy Squirrel. From the moment we walked through the door the feeling of calm and pure relaxation completely took over. The house was so carefully decorated and the location was incredible; every little detail was cared for. Lacey was an incredible host. excellent communication, quick responses and she was oh so sweet. Pinetop is perfectly situated for you to explore some of Arizona’s greatest sights as long as you’re ok to drive for a few hours (and the drive is gorgeous in every direction, so it’s totally with it!!) You have to try The Pasta House and Mr. Zeke’s, we ended up at both multiple times. And my husband especially enjoyed being walking distance from the golf course. If we’re ever in town again we will absolutely try to stay at The Lazy Squirrel!!

Heaven in the Pines

We spent the month of August at this beautiful condo in Pinetop. It is outfitted with such thoughtfulness and consideration for guests. Linens, towels, grocery items, excellent Wi-Fi, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, there was more room than we knew what to do with. Check-in was simple and the location is ideal. My favorite spot was the balcony where we could watch the birds and squirrels. Right up the street is tennis, pickleball, golf, and a nice restaurant. We just couldn’t have been happier. I wholeheartedly recommend The Lazy Squirrel!

Great place to stay for a weekend getaway to Pinetop.

Everything about this condo worked great for us. Located in Sports Village and in close proximity to most everything to do in Pinetop. A nice, clean, well decorated 3 BR condo. It was perfect for our group. And it was pet friendly. Lacey was very easy to contact and was always very quick with her responses to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this property.

Pinetop has it all!!! Just being here and breathing in the clean air is enough to satisfy your soul, let alone the endless recreational fun that surrounds you. Anytime we visit Pinetop we leave with a smile on our faces and a warmth in our hearts!

What makes this property unique

We love how comfortable and warming this unit is, you feel right at home the moment you enter.

We like the open layout, split floorplan, and privacy. The space is very comfortable and accommodating for those lazy, relaxing days in the White Mountains. We also love the location, we are close to all the fun (golfing, casino, bars & restaurants, etc...). It's very nice to have the option to eat out at a variety of delicious restaurants or stay in and cook dinner. Being an upstairs unit, you have complete privacy when you're on the back patio and the view is not of another patio, but of the beautiful common ground area which also adds to the privacy you crave in this atmosphere. Also, because it's upstairs you have the vaulted ceilings, which makes the space seem bigger and more open.

Everything is labeled, creating a very user-friendly stay.
