Paradiso is located just a half-block from Rupp Arena. The only thing closer to Rupp is the Hyatt!

Paradiso is a total remodel with the look and feel of reclaimed space intersecting with bold colors, high-end furniture, original art, fantastic lighting, and many unique finishes and comfortable touches to keep you busy discovering them all.

With 2 king bedrooms and 2 baths, there is plenty of room for two couples. An queen air mattress or the comfy sectional can accommodate a fifth or sixth person

The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining with plenty of seating, a romantic getaway, or just spoiling yourself.

While this listing is new, we are not new to the short-term rental market. Check out the reviews for the sister properties Luxe (#480649) and Dramatique (#933411) We have brought the same level of service and detail to Paradiso. The owners live onsite and are always available via text or a call.

We went to a concert at the Rupp Center and the condo was an easy 5 minute walk. The condo was clean and loved the fun decor. The condo has two appointed parking spots that are very convenient to the elevators. Great location!
