This beautifully crafted residence boasts 7 spacious bedrooms, each featuring an en-suite bath and a generous walk-in closet and a bounce room, ensuring comfort and privacy for family and guests alike. The house offers plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably and stays cozy with heating and cool with AC, making it perfect for any season. For your convenience, our elevator connects you effortlessly from the first floor to the basement and back. Enjoy our fantastic basement, complete with a ping-pong table, cozy gathering area, and a kitchen bar for all your refreshments. Additionally, the home features a well-appointed office and conference room, perfect for business needs or quiet work time. With its fantastic layout and gorgeous design, this home invites you to unwind and enjoy your stay. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Lexington. Have a blast! Please make sure to read the house rules before booking: Wedding/Event venue can only be permitted only with prior written permission of the host. Parties of 15 or more constitute an event and are subject to an Event Fee. No live music or DJ is allowed without prior written permission from the owner. NO smoking of any substance is permitted inside the home. Do not move the furniture. If you need anything moved for submit your requests and we will take care of it. Do not attach anything to the walls. If you have kids, make sure they don't touch the walls with dirty hand or write on them.Any damage to the walls, broken bunk beds, or beds will be subject to extra fees. If you have pets, be sure to clean their feet. Pick up after your pet. (make sure to check the daily pet fee). Leaving visible stains on the light carpets and not picking up after your pet will incur an additional fee of minimum $100. Pool Rules: For the safety of all guests jumping or diving into the pool is strictly prohibited.The hot-tub MUST be completely covered when not in use to maintain temperature and cleanness. Please note: If you have pets or extra guests not submitted, we have outdoor cameras monitoring the property. Please note that any misrepresentation may lead to the cancellation of your booking and require you to vacate the property. Compliance with Kentucky regulations is important to us. Thank you!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Do not make the beds at the time of checkout. Just leave them the way they are so we know which ones have been used. If you don’t have any need for the extra beds, please do not use them.

Those have been smoked outside, they must clean up the cigarette butts outside.

Please do not take our Bluetooth speaker or any other items we have provided for you during your stay with you when you leave.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Check-in with who has an initial contract with the host. Pool open April-Nov depending on the weather. 2 dogs only allowed per stay.

Hottub MUST be covered when not in use. You will need to pay $50 if we have to send someone cover the Hottub during your stay if you forget to do so.

No gathering more than 16 people. Absolutely no weddings, parties or DJs are allowed without permission from the host. Quiet time starts at 11:30 PM.

From start to finish, we had a great experience being hosted by Nasim. The house has everything you could want! The pool and hot tub were a great source of relaxation after a long day of activities - that are very close to the house. Nasim was great when we had questions and a couple of special requests. Our group of 10 adults have WAY more space and privacy than we expected. Amazing house.

My family and I recently stayed at this property for my son’s UK graduation. The upscale house had plenty of space for the 12 people in our group. There were lots of places to spend time together but also space if people needed to take calls etc. The house offered every amenity you could think of. Can’t beat the location. We had a few people fly in so an easy trip to the airport to pick them up and 15 minutes to downtown Lexington. Given the graduation weekend timing the value was great compared to having to book individual hotel booking. If you are headed to Lexington and looking for space with a large group, I don’t think you could find a better spot.The host was great to work with and provided the details I needed to check-in and out. She also checked in just to make sure we were finding everything and if we needed anything.If I find my way out there for the spring or fall meets at Keeneland, I will be looking at this property to host my group.
