This condo is part of Pathway to the Sea, a lovely complex that sits just behind the seawall and within sight and earshot of the azure Gulf of Mexico. Whitecap Beach is just steps from the complex, so you'll be only seconds from sinking your toes in the sand or cooling off in Gulf waters. There is an abundance of dining and shopping on Padre Island Drive. This home is also a short drive from five area golf courses and the bustling city of Corpus Christi.

My family and I visited the island in 2019 and realized we loved the area! We decided to share our appreciation of the island and all it has to offer by purchasing a beach close home for all to enjoy!

Why they chose this property

Fantastic opportunity to vacation at one of the closest complexes to the beach! This is a newer property with resort amenities like a spacious heated pool, lounge chairs, gas grill, pool house with dining tables and chairs, outdoor shower, and a private walking path to the Gulf!

What makes this property unique

This property boasts a truly unique feature...a private pathway leading straight to Whitecap Beach! If you have children, you won't need to cross any streets and the beach access is the perfect location!
