Newly remodeled condo, just seconds from the beach and minutes from Schlitterbahn Corpus Christi. Furnished with one king size bed, one queen, and a queen air mattress. Located on the 2nd floor, you will overlook beautiful island views and partial beach views. Flat screen TV's in living room and both bedrooms, blue ray player in the living room. Fully furnished and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking and dinning. 1 reserved parking space and additional guest parking as well as boat parking. Short walk on paved sidewalk leads to the beach. Community pool, hot tub, fitness room, and internet access, wi-fi available on premises. Decorated with tasteful beachy decor... WELCOME TO PARADISE!! A Day at the Beach

The location was wonderful. Close to stores, tours, beaches, and the area is very peaceful. The balcony view, pool, and hot tub were more favorites of our group.

Great beach vacation

The stay was great! The location was easy to access and the amenities were exactly what we needed. The only issues we ran into were that the condo number was not on the listing or any of the check in communications and the TV in the main room did not have sound. Otherwise, it was a great vacation and we will likely return!

Relaxing getaway!

Perfect spot! We’ve stayed at these condos before but not this particular unit. The unit was clean and had everything we needed from a fully stocked kitchen to full sized toiletries in the bathrooms. About a half mile from doorstep to beach and an easy walk. Or just drive onto the beach!

Weekend beach trip

Very convenient and family friendly. We Had access to the swimming pool, the unit was equipped with all the basics a family needs,, puzzles, wifi,haidryer, iron, toiletries even nail polish remover.The AC was nice and cool, Inside unit washer & Dryer was an added plus. We definitely will be looking up Mr. Wilbanks for future stays.

Convenient locationp

We had a great time and enjoyed the conveniance of the location to the beach. The condo served its purpose, was it perfect, No, but it was everything you should expect for a beach apartment. If i had to complain about anything it would be the stairs ...they were so steep and a bit much for me , next time i will look for a 1st floor apartment. Randy was awesome and quick to respond. We will most likely be back.

Amazing Stay!

I will definitely be coming back here again with friends and family. The condo owner was extremely friendly and responsive to any and all questions, including things like race tips for Beach to Bay which obviously weren't part of the required expectations. The condo is actually remodeled and nice as promised. It had nice amenities inside and a great common area with a pool, hot tub and BBQ pits. I can't express how helpful they were, especially considering most place service these days. We slept six comfortably and the owner even bought a new cushion to put on top of hideaway to make it more comfortable. Good appliances lots of space for groceries and travel gear. Just down the street from the beach. I couldn't have been more pleased with our stay.

Friendly Community close to beach

The condos were clean and very convenient to the beach. It's a short drive to the stores in Corpus Christi, Mustang Island and Port Aransas. The beach was in walking distance with a sidewalk or you could drive your car onto the beach. If you want to vacuum your car, you have to leave the island though. There was a pool and hot tub, fitness center, laundromat located on the premises. With 4 young children, it would have been nice to have a working dryer in the condo. Anything you needed to cook with was provided (only lacked pizza cutter). The owner Randy and his family were very helpful, and everyone in the unit was friendly. We enjoyed ourselves and would come back!!

Close to beach, cleanliness an issue.

Property location is great. Two major issues with unit. Cleanliness is an issue as floors are filthy, deck hadn't been cleaned in a long time, moldy smell throughout. Ceiling in 2nd bathroom is falling down and the unit in the ceiling is probably the source of the moldy smell. Bed in the Master is one of the worst we have slept on. Both the bed frame and the mattress need to be replaced. I would not stay there again until those issues are addressed.

The listing says newly remodeled. If so it was poorly done. Television wasn't working and only one light out of four in the bathroom was working. Texted the owner and he never responded. Bathroom sink was rusted out. Mattress in the bedroom was old, worn, and sagged in the middle. Ceiling fans and vents were covered grime. Door out to the balcony was broken. The sitting couch had a large stain on it. Smoke detector was missing. Overall condition on the unit was run down and dirty.

The manager quickly responded to a minor problem in one of the bathrooms upon our arrival. The window sills, ceiling fans, and bottom of the pantry needed to be cleaned. One of the pillow slips was soiled. I just put that pillow in the closet until we left. The location is great and the pool was very nice.

The condo was clean and welcoming. Felt like our home while we were there. The only thing is I thought things like toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags and paper towels were provided, but we had to buy all of those things.

This location is a short 5-10 min walk to beach!( just at the end of your street)….Loved hanging out on padre island-very relaxing. Was great to have use of heated pool & hot tub. Would stay again

Great place, Close to the beach

This was a nice place, very close to a wonderful beach. The unit was very clean. Check-in & Check-out were very smooth and contactless. The Keurig in the unit was great! Well stocked kitchen with nice cookware and plenty of utensils. The 2 wooden chairs on the deck were awesome. We had a fantastic time. This photos depicted are not the same unit that is listed, but very similar. The deck of this unit is larger than many of the other units in this complex, which was very nice.

Welcome to our Beach getaway, we are glad you have decided to spend your vacation here at North Padre Island, and we hope you enjoy it here as much as we do.
We would like to share a little about us, we enjoy the beach and it has always been a part of who we are. We loved it so much we were married on the beach on Mustang Island, located between North Padre and Port Aransas. We have six children, and seven grandchildren, who all live either in Corpus Christi or close by. Although our Home is in Corpus Christi, we spend most of our Holidays and family time here on the island.
We started with one unit at Beach Club on Whitecap but have quickly grown to 5 condos on North Padre with others coming soon, We are always excited to find “the next great condo” and are get excited to figure out what theme and charm to bring to that one. We currently have several new units under Construction, Aside from our own units; we manage other units for some of our friends or family.
We enjoy decorating and giving each unit its own unique and fun personality. and try to incorporate “fun colorful beach schemes” that we wouldn’t be brave enough to use at home.
We try hard to give our guest the vacation of a lifetime, with all of the amenities and comfort you would find at home. We pride ourselves on the fact that we try to go above and beyond and are always open to suggestions from our guest. We are available 24/7 for any questions or needs you may have.
Aside from our love of this beautiful Island, we also own and operate Prints Charming Royal-Tees a screen printing, embroidery, rhinestone and promotional product retail shop.
