Lovely, upside-down home located in Avalon's popular south end. This home, with 2 large decks, has 5 bedrooms, 4 baths and will sleep 10 people. First floor features a ceramic tile entry, family room which opens to a covered front deck, three bedrooms (one has an ensuite), laundry room and a full bath off the hallway. Second floor has a bright, living room with cathedral ceilings and a fireplace, dining area, lovely kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Another guest room on this level as well as the master bedroom with ensuite and a bath off the hallway. Large front deck, off-street parking for 2 cars plus a shed to store bikes and beach items. Bunkbed - top bunk is a single bed and bottom bunk is a double bed. Beautiful home to make seashore memories!
