Recreation field, playground, tennis and basketball courts just across the street. Steps to beach and bay and lots of good restaurants. A nice rental destination! Wi Fi included. ALL Merrimack rental units are smoke free both inside the unit and anywhere on the premises. 10% DISCOUNT TO SENIOR CITIZENS 61 AND OVER.
