Wonderful beach block condominium at 2828 Avalon Avenue!
Great family rental. Threee bedroom one bath condo with views of ocean from den, master bedroom, and front balcony. Cherry wood hardwood floors run throughout the bright and sunny unit. One queen bed, one double bed, and two twin beds are in the house. The sofa bed is a pull out. We provide bed linens and towels in condominium for use while you are there. Only a block to the beach and park, and convenient to town.

We have stayed at this location since 2018 and it never disappoints! Clean, well-stocked, very nicely decorated and comfortably furnished, with responsive and kind owners, ocean view, right across from the beach/boardwalk and a couple of blocks into town. We love it here!

Shawn is a great host, very responsive. Check-in process was seamless. The unit is in a great location for accessing the beach and for walking to restaurants in downtown Avalon.

Shawn was a great host and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. The location is perfect—right across the street from the beach, park (great for little ones), and a public parking lot. We had a wonderful stay!

Very quiet and relaxing during the offseason. Nice view and sound of the ocean from the front balcony. Decorated very nicely! Equipped with everything you would need for vacation. Very easy place to find with plenty of parking options. Shawn and Rosemary are excellent hosts with great communication and they make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. If you’re going to visit Avalon we would highly recommend booking here!

Great Vacation Stay

We had a mini family vacation and this unit was perfect for us. 4 adults and 3 kids under 10 years old. There was enough room for all of us, the unit is well stocked, and the location is perfect. Easy walking distance to the beach, playground, restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The owner is super helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our group. We would definitely stay here again, and you should too!

Perfect Spot

This was a perfect spot for our family. Perfectly situated to the beach, the playground, and town! The condo was exactly what we needed and we loved sitting out at night to listen to the sound of the ocean!
