Es hat an nichts gefeht, gerne wieder

Das Haus mit bietet viel Platz und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Fahrräder, eine Tischtennisplatte und ein kleiner Garten mit Grill runden das Bild ab.

Belles vacances

Agréable séjour, nous avions tout le nécessaire dans la maison. L'emplacement proche de la mer nous a permis de belles ballades. Je recommande cette location à tous. Merci pour tout.

Véranda en plein soleil plus de rideaux resye que les tringles Volets de toit de la veranda hors service ainsi que le auvant de la terrasse rouillés par les ambruns Manque la poignée a la porte fenetre de la terrase tres compliqué pour y acceder À l'arrivée planque de cuisson en panne pendant 2 jours remise de 12 euros sur les 32 euros de location des draps par le proprietaire suite à notre demande ( grand seigneur) Manque de rangement dans toute la maison en particulier dans les chambres Manque de mobilier de detente interieur et exterieur Manque de vaisselle pour cuisiner pour 8 c'est limite À l'arrivée dimanche le proprietaire ne s'est pas déplacé les cles pres de la porte donc aucune explication sur la location (poubelles magasins etc.... Barres de seuil des chambre mal fixées CETTE LOCATION SE DEGRADE ET EST LOIN DE VALOIR LE PRIX DEMANDÉ. Merci de verifier les gites que vous mettez en location Sinon très bon sejours grace au soleil et aus paysages Cordialement

Une maison très agréable dans une ville qui l'est tout autant

Séjour à 2 couples avec chacun 2 enfants Les propriétaires ont été très arrangeants pour les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. La conception de la maison est parfaitement adaptée (2 chambres avec lit double, 2 avec 2 lits simples) La maison est très bien située, à proximité de la mer. La ville est calme, reposante, la plage est belle, l'environnement est très sécurisant pour les enfants.

Très bon séjour à st Germain sur Ay

Accueil chaleureux. Le propriétaire est très sympathique. Maison agréable même si pas très grande. La véranda est un plus pour les moments conviviaux.

Alles was man braucht

Mit 8 Personen (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) ist das Haus voll ausgelastet und bietet gerade ausreichend viel Platz. Wir haben den Grillplatz gerne und häufig genutzt und konnten uns in die Sitzecke im Wintergarten zurückziehen, wenn es kühler wurde. Der tägliche Weg zum Strand ging schnell und dort hatten wir um so mehr Platz. Es war sehr ruhig (eine Woche vor den französischen Sommerferien), der Strand bestand aus feinem Sand und wir haben viele tolle Muscheln gefunden! Man konnte stundenlang am Wasser entlang spazieren ohne vielen Menschen zu begegnen. Die Sonnenuntergänge und der Sternenhimmel waren traumhaft.

Nettes Reihenmittelhaus mit Garten, nah an einem schönen Strand gelegen.

Gut ausgestattetes Haus mit schönem Garten, aber kleinen Mängeln (wackelige Nachttische, fehlende Aufhänger an den Handtüchern). Die Bäder sind französisch klein und könnten eine Renovierung vertragen, dafür ist die Küche groß und modern. Die Böden vor allem im Bad und in der Küche gehören mal ordentlich geputzt. Aber es gibt einen Wintergarten mit bequemen Sesseln, der auch bei schönem Wetter genutzt werden kann. Kohle für den Grill ist vorhenden. Der Garten ist schön eingewachsen, ein Liegestuhl mehr wäre gut. In der Vorsaison absolut ruhig. In ein paar Minuten ist man an den schönen Strand mit kleinem Dünenkamm gelaufen. Toll zum Schwimmen und Spazierengehen. Kleiner Laden mit Brotverkauf in der Nähe.

Parfait pour des vacances en bord de mer

Gite propre, joliment décoré, bien équipé (manque juste 1 ou 2 couvercles) et très bien situé par rapport à la plage. Nous avons apprécié les petits cadeaux de bienvenue (cidre, jambon, ..), les vélos à disposition et la présence de charbon de bois qui évite de courir en chercher si on oublie. Seul petit bémol, le vis à vis avec les voisins mais bon on vient pour la mer, Non?

Excellente maison propice à la détente, mer à proximité

La maison est idéalement située à proximité de la mer (parfait pour profiter des activités maritimes dont bodyboard, cerf volant...). La maison en elle-même est très bien organisée et la véranda est propice à la détente. L'espace salle à manger cuisine convient également pour 8 personnes. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, merci à vous !
