Air-conditioned apartment ideally located in the popular Port Marianne district. A few meters from the Jaques Coeur basin where life is good, near the edge of Lez for pleasant walks and outings to the many restaurants or even close to Park Charpak for a little jogging!

Tram 100 m from the apartment, line 1, 3 and 4 By Tram: 10 mins from the Historic Center, train stations, Place de la Comédie, Corrum, Parc des Expositions, Arena, Odysseum ... By car: 10 min from the highway / Airport By bike: velomag station 50m away. Cycle path along the Lez to the sea : Rental of electric bikes, tandems, electric scooters, Over board at 100m. Taxi: Station at 100m. Beaches: 10 mins by car, 20 mins by tram.
HOUSING :
The accommodation has a private entrance.
Living room and kitchen are on the garden side, surrounded by greenery, not overlooked, and the bedrooms both have terraces.
The master bedroom has a double bed and a dressing room, the second bedroom has a trundle bed (sleeps 2), a large closet / wardrobe and a desk.
A sofa convertible into a single bed (106 cm) is available in the lounge area.
Sheets and duvets will be provided.
The open kitchen is fully equipped: Dishwasher, Washing machine, Oven, Microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso and Tassimo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, food processor, iron, ironing board, and everything needed to cook well !
The bathroom has a bath-shower, dryer, heated towel rack and towels.
The accommodation and the garden are entirely dedicated to travelers.
Animals: small animals are accepted under agreement and prior agreement with the host.
On-site amenities: Carrefour Market and Monoprix, Picard, pharmacy, bakeries, all local shops and many bars and restaurants.
ODYSSEUM: Open-air shopping and leisure center, 5 minutes by tram, brings together more than 100 shops, 20 restaurants and various fun activities: Trampoline Park, Cinemas, Mare Nostrum Aquarium, Skating Rink, Climbing, Laser Game, etc ...
OTHER NOTES: Decreasing price for monthly rental and short stays. Period from 01/07 to 30/08, the rental period is one week.
HOUSEHOLD: The accommodation will be clean upon arrival. In order to avoid additional costs, it will be better to make it clean. However to facilitate your stay, a cleaning service can be envisaged. To see on arrival with the host.

A wonderful host and an excellent property. Well equipped, nicely furnished and comfortable with excellent outdoor areas and access to shops, bars, restaurants and three team.
Beautiful, cosy, comfortable and quiet. Patio is an oasis in the city. Emma is welcoming and informative. Apartment well furnished and clean. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood near a small lake but still close to the tram lines that provide easy access to the historical center. Groceries, bakery and several restaurants nearby.
Emplacement idéal, proche de "tout". Emma est une hôte hyper chaleureuse et disponible. Le logement est pluuussss que génial ! Et la literie, je n'en parle même pas, c'est juste whouah.

Emma a été parfaite surt tout point de vue, cette petite maison de ville est très agréable en plein centre de Montpellier dans un quartier à l’architecture magnifique!
Nous sommes venus à Montpellier 3 jours pour visiter. Le charmant petit appartement proposé par Emma est idéalement situé. Tramways très proche, excellents restaurants (recommandés par Emma) à deux pas, espaces verts juste à côté. Le quartier est très tranquille.Emma nous a accueilli avec un merveilleux sourire. Nous le recommandons vivement.
Appartement spacieux pour 4 et sympa avec ses terrasses. Quartier calme et facile d'accès depuis la gare Sud de France et le centre.

Hôtesse Emma très gentile et serviable, appartement tres comfortable et bien equipé, garage fermé et assez grand.
On a passé de très agréables jours à Montpellie, déjà la seconde fois dans cet appartement.
Bref : parfait.
Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Der Gartenbereich ist sehr schön und man kann dort gemütlich Zeit verbringen.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt oder am Strand. Ein Supermarkt ist gefühlt gleich nebenan.
Besonders der Service und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin haben uns beeindruckt. Besonders dankbar sind wir für ihre Hilfsbereitschaft.

Très bel appartement bien situé. L’accueil agréable de la part de l’hôte.
Les trois points à améliorer sont :
• le matelas de la chambre parentale
• la literie de la seconde chambre
• employer une femme de ménage pour faire les poussières car il y avait des toiles d’araignée et quelques araignées.

La literie est une affaire très personnelle, les matelas à mémoire de forme sont particuliers et extrêmement confortable pour la très grande majorité des personnes que je reçois, je n’ai d’ailleurs pas eu de retour à ce sujet.
Je suis désolée d’apprendre aujourd’hui que cela ne vous ai pas convenu.
Le jardinier est intervenu le matin même de votre arrivée pour élaguer quelques branches et malgré les soins apportés au ménage, je conviens que du pollen, très abondant en ce moment, ai pu s’introduire de ci de là dans l’appartement peut-être par le biais des aérateurs du coffre des volets ??
Une minuscule araignée, délogée de son milieu naturel, a dû en profité pour se réfugier à l’intérieur, la coquine… je suis vraiment navrée qu’elle ai perturbé votre séjour !
Je vous prie d’accepter mes excuses et vous souhaite une bonne continuation.

L'appartement d'Emma est idéalement situé. De plus il est spacieux et très bien équipé. Lorsque la météo le permet la terrasse est top. Le garage est vraiment pratique pour éviter de tourner en voiture et chercher une place. Que du positif.

Très bon accueil de la propriétaire diligente et réactive;tès bon emplacement de cet appartement près de l'université d'économie et des transports collectifs.
Ultra équipé et bénéficiant de la clim, cette appartement est situé dans notre quartier préféré de Montpellier.

Best of the bes
Our apartment was wonderful. It was wonderful for many reasons. It was totally on the ground floor with a lovely garden and two other terraces peeking out from the two bedrooms. The kitchen was well furnished. There was lots of closet space including a walk-in closet in the main bedroom. The location is incredible. There were restaurants all around including a great little pâtisserie, A crêperie , a Moroccan restaurant, a healthy restaurant, and a number of excellent little French restaurants. All of these restaurants were around a lovely little lake that was about 1000 steps around. It was an extremely safe neighborhood. You often saw the same people. Especially those walking their dogs. We were half a block from one supermarket and a block and a half from another. We had three tramways at our disposal. It could not have been better. But the very best thing was our wonderful owner. She was so responsive from beginning to end. Anytime there was an issue which didn’t happen very often, she was there to solve it. We feel that we were so lucky to have found this apartment. It really is a little home away from home.
