Wonderful apartment

Everything was very easy and comfortable during my stay. Parking on site was a great bonus because it is hard to park in Montpelier. The location is central and convinient. Anne is a great host and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great family stay

The host was great. She even provided toys for the kids. We enjoyed the large apartment with space for the kids to play. There is nice kitchen to prepare meals. Its walking distance to almost eveything and near the tram. There is a small playground, large pool and parking if you rent a car. I Highly recommend this remtal.

Great location only about 25 minutes walk to the Old Town or 10 minutes by tram, the apartment is located in a park-like setting surrounded by trees. Sitting out on the terrace is very relaxing. Shops are about a 5 minute walk in one direction, a daily market 5 minutes in another. The apartment is spacious- two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a sleeping sofa at one end of the large living room. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Big shout out for our hostess who made our stay very special, kindly putting stuff in the fridge for when we arrived and keeping us up to date with suggestions for places to visit and music events. Extra special thanks for letting us stay an extra day when I made a mistake with our departure. The month went very quickly! Hope we’ll have a chance to come back

Better than pictures indicate

This was a very comfortable and extremely clean apartment. It was very well priced for a three bedroom apartment. It has a lovely shaded balcony with a wooded park like view. The weather was extremely hot when we visited and we were comfortable without air conditioning. We just closed the apartment up mid-morning and it remained cool until we could open it again in the cooler evening. I'm always wary when one of the beds is a pullout couch, because they are usually so uncomfortable. The pullout here was foam and maybe the most comfortable bed in the house. The only fault I can find with the place is out of control of the owner. The pool rules are extreme. and there are no chairs in the pool area. The pool is nice but not a place to lounge and enjoy yourself. You go, swim and leave.

Wohnung und Umgebung ruhig und sicher, nahe zum Stadtzentrum und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Alles vorhanden, um sich den Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen. Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Ein Ort, zu dem man gern wiederkommen würde.

Wunderbare Städtetrip in einer schönen ruhigen Wohnung

Sehr guter Empfang von unserer Gastgeberin mit Tips zur Stadtbesichtigung und Ausflüge in die Region. Fussläufig kleine nette Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf mit regionalen Köstlichkeit aus Frankreich sowie gute kleine Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einem großem Balkon. Nach einem anstrengenden Stadtrundgang im Hochsommer lädt das großzügigen Schwimmbad im Park zu baden ein.

Le calme en ville

Très agréable séjour, la ville et les commerces sont accessibles à pied dans des rues propres et des habitants cools. Beaucoup de belles choses à voir dans Montpellier et la région, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Excellent accueil et appartement très agréable.

Parfait !

Nous étions une famille avec deux enfants de 2 et 6 ans et tout le monde a beaucoup apprécié le logement qui possède un grand balcon très agréable donnant sur le parc de la résidence très arboré. Au calme car pas dans le centre historique mais très proche tout de même, nous avons tout fait à pied. Nous sommes ici chez l’habitant donc c’est agréable de se sentir comme à la maison. Hôte très agréable, communication facile. Nous reviendrons !

Ideale Lage der Wohnung, nicht weit zur Innenstadt, die entweder zu Fuß oder mit der Tram gut erreichbar ist. Großzügige Wohnung, viel Platz mit einem schönen Balkon. Das Pool wurde von unseren Kindern fast täglich genutzt.

Très bel appartement, spacieux, bien équipé, dans une résidence arborée avec piscine. Le quartier des Beaux Arts est calme et sympa. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse !

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Moderne Küche mit Induktionsherd, Mikrowelle, großem Kühlschrank & Backofen. Stadtzentrum entweder per Tram (5-10 min Fußweg zur Station) oder zu Fuß (15-20 min Fußweg) erreichbar. Sehr schöner Gemeinschaftspool, der so groß ist, dass man problemlos viele Bahnen schwimmen kann. Außerdem eine sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft. Für jemanden, der auf der Suche nach einem schönen, ruhigen Rückzugsort ist, findet hier sein Glück!,

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement spacieux et confortable. L'appartement se situe dans un quartier proche des commerces et des transports. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème pour stationner dans la résidence. La résidence est grande et bénéficie d'un espace jeux pour les enfants. Anne est très prévenante et disponible.

Schöne Wohnung, klasse Pool - alles gut!

Als Familie mit 3 Kindern (8,12 und 16) sind wir zum 2. Mal in Montpellier gewesen. Wir waren sehr glücklich über diese Wohnung, denn sie lag für uns optimal. Kleine Einkaufszeile in der Nähe für den täglichen Bedarf. Wir konnten zu Fuß ins Zentrum gehen (ca. 20 Minuten) und die Stadt erkunden. Mit dem Auto kommt man nach kurzer Fahrt zum Meer und zum Strand (20 Minuten - je nachdem zu welchen man will kann es auch etwas länger dauern). Und natürlich lädt das Umland zu Ausflügen (Kanu Tour, kleine mittelalterliche Städte u.v.m.) ein. Anne hat uns gute Tipps gegeben und war immer bereit auf unsere Fragen zu antworten. Eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. In der Wohnung ist alles zu finden, was eine Familie braucht. Der Pool um die Ecke ist relativ groß (15 m lang) sehr gepflegt, hat warmes Wasser und sogar stundenweise einen Bademeister. Wir haben es genossen nach Ausflügen oder auch nach dem Strand noch einmal kurz abzutauchen.Wir können dieses Feriendomizil sehr empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder dorthin hinfahren!!!

Ruhig und angenehm

Das Appartement von Anne ist sehr angenehm und gerade im Sommer nicht so drückend heiss, wie solche in der Innenstadt. Der Pool bietet eine willkommene Abkühlung. Der Weg an den Strand dauert mit dem Auto 20 Min. (le petit travers). Wir gingen zu Fuss in die Sprachschule I.L.A. (günstig und gut) und benötigten ca. 30 Min. dafür. In der Nähe des Appartements hat es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir finden das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und die Lage sehr gut.
