Propreté en dessous de tout pour ne pas devenir grossier...

Cet appartement idéalement situé face à la mer, à moins de 100m de la plage et proche du port serait un lieu de vacances parfait s'il n'était pas dans ce triste état. Tout a largement vécu mais jamais en 40 ans, nous n'avions vu un tel manque de propreté : WC (une limace y avait même élu domicile... ), salle de bain, baies vitrées (traces de limaces jusqu'à 2m du sol...), cuisine (filtre moisi resté dans la cafetière... ) etc etc. Album photo original... Ça donne envie ! Nous l'avons quitté une semaine + tôt que prévu (faute de solution de remplacement). Bien triste bilan pour une 1ère fois avec Var vacances. Nous ne pouvons que déconseiller !

Très bel appart bonne situation mais des choses à revoir!!

Aller chercher les clefs sur une plage a un côté vacances mais revoir la gestion car les clefs n'étaient pas disponibles et pas de signalisation du lieu de rendez-vous. Pas d'état des lieux en présence d'une personne de l'agence, appartement sale, salle de bain dégoûtante, baies vitrées immondes, canapé lit bourré de sable et lit de 110 pour un couchage de 2 personnes! L'annonce stipulait 4 adultes 2 enfants. L'appartement a un très beau potentiel, idéalement situé avec un peu plus de sérieux de l'agence cela pourrait être une location exceptionnelle. L'agence n'a pas été très conciliante, ménage pas fait on nous propose de nous rembourser la totalité du séjour et d'aller voir ailleurs ! Nous avons du le faire à l'arrivée et au départ. Très bien équipé en vaisselle et en ameublement. Nous avons malgré tout passé un bon séjour en bord de plage avec une vue magnifique. Nous serions prêt à le relouer mais avec plus de professionnalisme de la part de l'agence.
