Escape to the end of the world in this charming 55 m² apartment, ideal for welcoming 1 to 4 people. Located on the 3rd and top floor of a small building in the heart of Conquet, it benefits from a privileged location with magnificent views of the Kermorvan peninsula, Blancs-Sablons beach and the harbour.

Thanks to its dual exposure overlooking the town and the sea, the apartment is particularly bright throughout the day. You will appreciate its calm atmosphere, modern comfort and careful decoration, designed to make your stay as pleasant as restful.

The living space consists of a comfortable lounge with convertible sofa, flat-screen television and bookcase, as well as a convivial dining area. A pleasant office space offers a sweeping view of the sea, Blancs-Sablons and the activity of the harbour.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals: ceramic hob, separate refrigerator and freezer, mini-oven, microwave, washer-dryer, coffee maker, kettle, blender and numerous practical appliances.

The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms:

• A bedroom with a 160 cm double bed.

• A second bedroom equipped with two 90 cm single beds and a chest of drawers.

The bathroom is fitted with a large shower, a vanity unit, a mirror and toilet.



Location and nearby activities:

You will enjoy all the local shops within walking distance: bakeries, restaurants, crêperies, cafés, bars and boutiques animate the centre of Conquet throughout the year. Every Tuesday morning, the local market will allow you to discover the specialities and regional products of Brittany.

Just 250 metres away, the fishing port invites you to taste fresh fish, shellfish and seafood directly from local fishing. It is also from this port that maritime connections depart to the islands of Ouessant and Molène, as well as various sea excursions. Portez beach is located approximately 650 metres from the flat.

Parking: there is no parking space; a visitor pass will allow you to park unlimited on the 4-hour blue zone car parks.

Pets: your companion is accepted on request. To ensure together that the accommodation is suitable for their comfort and needs, please contact us before booking by specifying their breed and weight.

For everyone's comfort, the interior is non-smoking and parties are not permitted.

Electricity:

- during the summer period (1 May to 30 September) an allowance of 100 KWh/week is provided then actual consumption at the rate of €0.30/KWh
