This beautiful custom built home offers views from ocean to sound! The two level home with multiple deck spaces will provide additional outdoor living space! Living area entertainment center with large 82 inch TV and soundbar and electric fireplace makes the most of your family movie night experience! Residential elevator adds to the conveniences!

The chefs kitchen will provide all the accouterments you need to make any meal your heart desires; a large flat skillet for pancakes, extra large pots (including a seafood pot), 8 qt crock pot, Belgian waffle maker, mixer, blender, electric knife, 4 slice toaster, electric can opener coffee pot/Keurig combination and a wide variety of all baking size pans and many specialty items! Load all of your grocery items on to the cart stored in the full size pantry for easy access and use. Use the elevator to deliver the rolling cart to the grill/picnic table and return back up with the elevator when meal time is finished.

With 4 relaxing bedrooms including two bedrooms with twins that convert to kings, this home is ideal for families as well as 4 couples!

The welcoming scenic driveway and path to the sound leads you to the soundfront dock offering soundfront pier with running water, fish cleaning area, sinks, and lights as well as small boat ramp that is large enough for small skiffs and ideal for kayak or canoe launching! Deep water boat dock is sufficient for larger boats - the Town of Topsail Beach offers a boat ramp for larger boat launching - see the town's website for details! Additionally, owner's fishing charter business shares dock and parking near the boat house on the sound - you can schedule a trip during your visit!

Great beach trip in the off-season

We had a great trip here. The comms with the vacation rental company was great and the house is exactly as described. This is a perfect place for a long weekend with 2-3 couples. The dock is great for launching a standup paddle board or kayak. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Perfect location

Property very comfortable with many amenities. Excellent kitchen. Access to sound for our boat and kayaks with pier and dock, most important, with very short walk to ocean.

Great place!

What a great house! Perfect location to walk across the street to the beach or out back and throw the kayak in the sound. Got to meet the owners briefly. Very friend and down to earth. Would absolutely stay here again.

Hospitable, accessible, family-oriented

This vacation home is a good choice for large families with a range of ages and interests. The elevator is wonderful for family members with accessibility needs. We absolutely loved the sound-side fishing pier. The property owners also provide a very hospitable home including access to many items not usually offered such as beach chairs, toys, finishing gear, coolers, bikes, beach towels, and more. The house is also well-stocked with kitchen utensils, hand soap, cleaning products, and so on. While the decor is attractive, some of the decorations such as shelves and decorations can become obstacles in the smaller bedrooms/bathrooms. Overall, it was a very comfortable property and helped our family enjoy a nice multi-generational vacation.

Sea Sound Blessing really is!

This is our second year at Sea Sound Blessing and I have to say it really is a blessing. We've been vacationing at Topsail my entire life and have stayed at many different houses. This is by far the best-equipped house on the Island. You can literally just bring your clothes and fishing rods (don't forget the rods, the sound side pier is a favorite for my granddaughters for fishing). Everything else is in the equipment closet, chairs, bikes, boogie boards, buckets, shovels, etc. Short walk to the beach....well since the beach replenishment it's a little further but an easy walk. the pier is a great place to see the sunset with a cold drink. Trust me, you won't be disappointed

Beautiful location and amenities

This place has everything you could imagine from kitchen supplies to lawn games. The house is very thoughtfully laid out and well labeled. My family was there for thanksgiving and had everything wee need to prepare a fabulous meal. There were even a fall themed tablecloth and towels. My only criticism is that the real estate agency, Carolina Retreats, did not respond to my calls prior to booking. For this reason I like working directly with the owners. Bob the owner was very responsive and offers a fishing chatter which we will definitely do next time. My sister lives a 10 min boat ride away, so having the beautiful dock access was a major plus!

Paradise!

What an amazing property! Everything you could imagine needing the house had. The owners are so kind and thoughtful and Capt. Bob does a wonderful fishing charter. It’s a must do! The rental agency is great! We are already planning a trip here in the fall and next summer! This will be our yearly go to rental!
