TOPSAIL TIME is sure to become a favorite get away!! With a PRIME sound front location only blocks away from the quaint village of downtown Topsail Beach on the desirable south end of Topsail Island, you're within an easy stroll of shops and restaurants but away from the hustle & bustle of seasonal traffic. Cottage is nestled in around a well manicured, beautifully landscape lawn. TOPSAIL TIME is tops in location, views and charm!!

TOPSAIL TIME is truly a secret treasure!

Even though beach access is within a couple of blocks, you'll find yourself feeling settled and right at home on the porch swing or rocking chair, perfect for reading, relaxing and sunsets; or on a lounge chair on the dock, perfect for sunning; or sitting in a beach chair just unwinding, all the perfect place to gather friends for a peaceful afternoon socializing while watching boats or dolphins! The dock also provides access for a boat, a cleaning table to clean the day's catch and a large round picnic table to enjoy a meal or evening cocktails. The covered porch setting is hard to beat and offers front row seating to spectacular sunset water views! Although the cottage is located on the sound of Banks Channel it also provides wonderful marsh views that separate us from the easily accessible Intercostal Waterway.

The cottage itself is full of charm and character! There are new hardwood floors throughout the cottage. Knotty pine ceiling invokes that cozy, warm cottage feel while the colorful, comfortable decor provides a welcoming atmosphere to put your feet up and relax! A glass front of wall to wall windows overlooks the waters of Banks Channel that even on a rare rainy day will lift your spirits! Because of this spectacular view the inside still has the feel of the outside!

All of the living area is located on one floor, with a storage room and washer/dryer under the cottage. All of the main living areas have hardwood kfloors, with new carpet in the bedrooms. The master bath has a new queen size bed with it's own bathroom with shower. Their are two other bedrooms, one with a new queen bed and the other with sturdy twin bunk beds. The cottage comfortably sleeps 6 (SIX). The hall full bathroom has a tub with shower. There is also a new green foldout sofa (queen) in the back living area. The front living area has large sectional couch, swivel club chair with ottomans and a comfy recliner so lots of seating is available! The dining room table sits 6 and there is a kitchen bar with 4 barstools. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils and cooking items. There is a washer / dryer located in a storage room under the house. An outside shower with hot and cold water provide a perfect addition to your 'I'm at the beach!' experience!

TOPSAIL TIME is a well behaved pet friendly rental... out of necessity there is a PET FEE of $175 per week for one pet and $255 for two pets. Please ask first if you have any questions about this!
Also if your plans change at the last minute and you decide to bring a pet just let us know, or if you decide not to after you've paid the pet fee, again let us know and we will adjust your account accordingly!
*** We ask that pets NOT be on the furniture or beds unless you've brought a large blanket to totally cover any area they will lay on. This is asked out of respect for our home AND respect for your fellow cottage guests.
*** Wet dogs can stay on the enclosed porch to dry, not in the cottage.
*** We ask that you take your pets over to the large pinestraw-ed area to relief themselves, NOT ON THE GRASS. The urine kills the grass and takes weeks to recover. As you'll see we spend a lot of time and money on our landscaping and ask for your respect concerning that.

TOPSAIL TIME is tucked down a gravel path away from the busyness of life and provides a wonderful, welcoming get away! The grounds are beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Owners are often next door and are happy to answer any questions you may have and respond quickly to any unforeseen issues!

*** We usually start accepting NEW bookings in JANUARY of each year to give folks time to firm up their vacation schedules. Approved repeaters can request dates at any time.
