In the Heart of Isle of Palms, our Sea Cabin Villa is just steps away from the sand and private pool. The fishing pier is for Sea Cabin guests only, along with private beach access paths. Our 1 bedroom, 1 bath Villa is fully furnished beach decor, sleeps 4, and provides 6-Star hospitality with plush bath and bed linens included. Fully-stocked and equipped kitchen opens to living room and covered balcony. Open the doors and listen to the ocean! Spend the day enjoying the beach and pool or make the short drive to Historic Downtown Charleston. Nearby Mount Pleasant and Sullivan's Island offer shopping and restaurants, as well as historic sites to see like Fort Moultrie, Patriots Point USS Yorktown and the amazing Ravenel cable suspension bridge you can walk across. You may decide not to leave the Island at all - only a very short walk to shopping, restaurants and live entertainment year round. We love the Isle of Palms and all that it has to offer, and so will you!

Why they chose this property
We have owned a Sea Cabin Villa since 1996. This is our 3rd purchase. Everytime we sell one we miss it so much we have to have another one! Visit the Isle of Palms and you will understand. We love to travel but this is our favorite place to relax and enjoy the beach and eat wonderful seafood.
What makes this property unique
The Sea Cabin Villas are in a perfect location -- right on the beach with private gated beach access. You are one block from quaint beach stores, restaurants, grocery store and year-round nightly entertainment. Historic Charleston is a must to see if you have never experienced its charm. There is so much to do here -- or do nothing but enjoy the sun and listen to the ocean from the condo.
