About this property

Folly Beach Condo with Beautiful Oceanview! Walk to Downtown!

Spacious, well-maintained condo with oceanview! This charming condo has hardwood floors throughout, except the bathroom which has 12" ceramic tile floor. The family room has a 55” TV and glass French doors leading to a large covered deck, overlooking the ocean! The bedroom features walk-in closet and another large TV. Although you may want to walk and enjoy the many restaurants in downtown Folly, if you decide to cook, the condo is equipped with a full kitchen and an electric outdoor grill.

Free high speed internet is available in the condo for all of our guests.

This condo is located in the Blue Heron Inn, a house with only 4 units. When we purchased this condo, the features which sold us on it are: ocean view, walk to downtown , and the condition of the unit. We hope your stay here is as memorable as ours! We are very conscientious about the cleanliness and decor......we hope you enjoy! Feel free to call if you have any questions. FYI, Folly Beach passed a new law in 2023 that the minimum # of nights is 3. Also, I typically rent my condo by the week during the warmer months, Saturday to Saturday. However, I go myself for partial weeks which does open a few opportunities for someone to rent the remainder of week 😊

Birthday Week

A Slice of Heaven is just that- perfect in every way. We had never been to Folly, so it was my birthday wish to go in February. We found the best place to stay. Yes- it was chilly, but we could always see and hear the ocean. We are taking beautiful treasured memories home with us.

Great Getaway

The location was absolutely delightful! Steps from all things Folly. Pam was so incredibly nice, gave us all the info we needed for a fabulous stay. Loved the balcony and just the entire vibe.

Short getaway

Stayed Nov 7-10 2024. Great location! Sitting on the porch and watching the waves of the ocean was priceless. Chico Feo restaurant and bar is by far the best find for us and steps away! BEST Cuban sandwich we have ever had! We drove into Charleston for 1/2 day to eat and shop but Folley Beach is our favorite spot! Would stay here again and again.

Winter Break

Location was accurate and clean. It was a very slow time of year which was expected. Upstairs unit had a large group which was at times disruptive.

Not our favorite stay at Folly

My husband and I like privacy. This is a great location as far as being next to everything, if you like being next to the public entrance to the beach. Plus, being on the first floor the people that stayed on the floor above us kept us up All night walking back and forth. I'm not sure what they were doing at 3 am but sounded like horses running and playing, while moving furniture around. Plus, we love sitting out on the balcony and since it wasn't beach front there was no breeze and the ceiling fan didn't work. It was awfully hot with no breeze. But, it was our 13th Anniversary and we made it a wonderful time eating out and laying on the beach, even if we were packed in like sardines. Lol

This is a fantastic condo! It was so clean and Pam had everything we needed for a wonderful getaway. The location is perfect. It's a quick walk to the restaurant and shops in town and steps away from the beach. The porch was great for reading and relaxing. I can't wait to come back!

The unit was so nice unfortunately there was a lot of construction going on early in the morning and into late afternoon. The deck was adorable but just too noisy to sit outside and enjoy. Maybe for future guests let them know about the construction going on because it’s loud

I had never heard of Folly Beach until my sister, who lives in Charleston, suggested I check it out one day while I was visiting her. That one day at the beach had me hooked on the quaint little island! I am blessed to own my little “Slice of Heaven” there!
