The view is everything.

I would stay there again. The view is spectacular. Very quiet at night till the lobster boats arrive at 6am, but that’s white noise. Bed is firm but comfortable. Noisy construction nearby right now. Balcony fence is a bit wobbly. Recycling should be available, but it’s not.

Great Stay

We had an amazing time staying at the property and on Bailey Island as a whole. The place was nice and clean, open spacious, nice kitchen and bathroom with toiletries. The standing shower was a bit tight and there is no air-conditioning on sight. The place did provide a nice fan that helped a lot with being able to sleep comfortably and the host was very responsive to our text messages.

No internet for the first 24 hours. It took many text messages and advanced diagnostics to get it running on day two. Very disappointed. Property condition is very worn out and in need of updates. The price to value relationships are not even closely aligned. We’ll never go back.

Good Place for one

It has good amenities, dishwasher was nice to have to put the dishes away from sitting around. Nice view. I avoided late afternoon there because the west sun comes in. There was a fan and evenings cool for comfortablility during evening.. The bed is uncomfortable so I put a comforter under the sheet to soften. It is a futon bed. I would suggest investing in a queen size bed for 2 or a double for a one person stay.

Lovely view!

We had a lovely stay here. Everything was very comfortable (except the bed was a bit stiff). Loved having the sliding door to the deck; it was excellent to have coffee out there overlooking the ocean and to fall asleep with breeze coming in. Owners were responsive via text when we had questions. We had a great time here.

Cozy studio

Nice, very clean cozy studio apartment above a garage overlooking the water. A bit hard to find the first time. Everything provided except there was no bath soap, or extra pillow cases for extra pillows. Communication with management very easy. Information booklet provided in the apartment was also helpful.

uncomfortable bed

One of the most uncomfortable beds I've slept in over the past few years. Stuff, and the sheets were cardboard-like. Very cheap. Nice views off the deck though. Fake eyelashes found on the floor from previous stays. but overall a nice quaint place, pictures accurately reflected what it looked like in person, but did I mention the uncomfortable bed?
