Settle in and stroll to the beach - This house is close to the beach and has been completely renovated with a layout perfect for combined groups.
Plenty of parking in the driveway, a grassy, fenced in yard around back with a charcoal grill and covered patio with deck seating. Situated on quiet cul-de-sac.
Inside, an open concept living area has couch seating for 6, with a 44” RCA flat screen TV. The dining area has a wooden table with seating for six and two extra bar stools. The full kitchen features granite countertops and modern white appliances, including a stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave to meet your culinary needs.
Behind the living area lies the master bedroom (BR1) which has a King size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and single vanity. A set of built-in twin bunks also in this room means space can sleep four in comfort.
The second bedroom (BR2) has built-in queen bunks, a seating area with wicker chairs and a wall-mounted 42” Panasonic TV. A second bathroom has a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo. You'll find a washer and dryer behind a set of folding doors. This property is conveniently located just half a mile from the beach.

Clean, cute, and convenient

Cottage was immaculate, comfortable, and well equipped. A short walk or drive to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. We especially liked the fenced-in backyard so we could let our dog hang out on the deck while we chilled and grilled.

This property is excellent. Great for kids and dogs. Quiet and close to the beach access. Bunk beds were amazing. Easy to get in and out and safe! Our children loved them. Will be back!

Overall a nice place in Port A

We've stayed at this property twice now, and enjoyed it both times! The property is clean and nicely located to town, even if beach access isn't great for walking. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is nicely appointed, and the fire pit is a nice addition to the yard! I do miss the grass in the yard a bit, and the living room furniture isn't very comfortable, but I'd generally recommend this property as a nice place to stay in Port Aransas!

Port A Getaway

This little house was perfect and well equipped. The backyard was perfect for my dog and the deck was nice to hang out on too. The location is perfect, on a quiet little cul de sac. I think my new beach time is going to be in September. I would definitely book this property again.

Beach Dogs Paradise

We absolutely loved the place! Great location..2 blocks from the beach…perfect for the dogs…the pictures of the patio showed a canopy that would have provided some shade for the dogs…it was no longer there.. probably got beat up with the all the wind…had been told we would have access to the golf cart… rental company knew nothing about that but did offer in at a discount! Our stay was fantastic and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this area!

Great getaway

Overall great house to stay in. One block from the beach access road, super easy check in process and short ways to main part of town. The patio on the backyard was nice, only downfall is there was no grass in the back yard as pictured, just all sand. But other than that everything was great!

Great location. Clean and spacious!

Located in a nice quiet cul de sac within walking distance of the beach. Modern kitchen and appliances. Very easy check in process without the need to visit an office to pick up a physical key. The property is very resourceful with space, and would cater very well to families or bigger parties

Perfect place to Stay

This was the perfect property to stay at. It was exactly as described. Perfect size for myself, pets and a couple of friends. Great little back yard. Beautiful gem of a property, nestled in a nice quiet neighborhood. The place was clean and the Host was amazing with communicating everything you needed to know for your stay.The location was fantastic-- close to the beach, shopping, gas, grocery and restaurants. I cant wait to book this place again. It's my knew favorite for Port Aransas.

Cute Place

We thought this place was adorable! Staff were very responsive and respectful to our needs. My only concern was I seemed to have allergies while I was there and I later found some cat toys. I’m very allergic to cats and it explained my itching. Other than that everything was really clean and so cute! Beds were super comfy and we had all we needed. Overall a very good experience and very close to the beach!

There were toys and games for the kids (we didn’t bring ours this time) great covered patio, in a cul-de-sac so not a lot of traffic on the street in front of the house.
