Plan your next vacation to this beautiful beach home, conveniently located close to the neighborhood pool and beach boardwalk in Port Aransas's popular Sand Point subdivision. Enjoy the ocean breeze under the covered patio at the picnic table or other outdoor seating for a BBQ with your family, or make your way inside the downstairs apartment to enjoy the comfort of this coastal getaway with beachy décor!

This listing is for the downstairs unit, a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with high ceilings and an open-concept layout. The den, dining area, and kitchen are spacious and wide enough for a wheelchair or walker to navigate. The den has two couches, with one being a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the unit has a full-size stackable washer and dryer.
The bedroom has a king bed with a top-quality mattress, plush linens, a dresser, and a closet. Both the bedroom and living area have ceiling fans, flat-screen/smart TVs, and access to high-speed internet (WI-FI). The bathroom has a dual vanity, a large walk-in shower with a small lip for easy access, and a grab bar next to the toilet. The ramp outside of this unit adjacent to the parking area is wheelchair accessible.

NOTE: This listing is for the downstairs unit only. We also offer this unit together with the upstairs 3BR/2BA Unit (VRBO #1640951) or the upstairs 3BR/3BA unit by itself (VRBO #161042).

Please note that the Sand Point neighborhood has a 3-night minimum during peak rental season and holidays. Non-peak rental season has only a 2-night minimum. January and February are set aside for Winter Texans with a 60-day minimum rental at a reduced rate; contact us for details.

The property was accurately listed, spacious with high ceilings, and overall comfortable interior. It was walking distance to the beach and the neighborhood was quiet. The pool had a hot tub and was easily accessible. Definitely would stay again.

Great location and a beautiful home!

My wife and i stayed at this beautiful beach house for several days and loved every minute of it. We rented a golf cart to tool around the town and beach but you are even a VERY quick walk to a restaurant and the beach even without one. I highly recommend this great property!

Weekend Retreat

My family and I stayed here while a large group we were with stayed down the street. Excellent property. Clean and maintained well. Quick response time for any questions I had. Loved the proximity to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend this property and will be coming back in the near future.

We had a wonderful time! The house/property was perfect. Right by the pool/hot tub.Short walk to the beach. King size bed very comfortable and a great dark room! We will definitely come back. Suzanne was great to work with!

Fall weekend

We really liked the property. Very comfortable for my husband and I. We have some mobility issues and found everything to be very accessible for us. Nicely decorated and clean. Very comfortable bed. The fall weather was great. The pool was clean and we had it to ourselves.

Just a short walk to the beach! Very beautiful area! The place was nice. Only downfall was upstairs neighbors during our stay were extremely noisy and did not sleep all night every night until our last night due to their constant pacing throughout the night.

Ideal For Us!

I have limited mobility, so having the downstairs unit was great for us. We found the unit to be very well decorated and equipped. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is very nice. There is a washer and dryer which was very handy. We really enjoyed our stay and the property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Great decor & location

Nice place while upstairs was vacant. Once people arrived we could hear the kids running & walking. Ok while away not so much while trying to sleep & early morning. Also, we couldn’t watch tv in bedroom due to bad remote.

Seaside downstairs rental

Extremely enjoyable. The property is very well kept and decorated to make the stay as pleasant as can be. Everything was as stated and comfortable. The parking driveway was a little deceptive. Extremely steep which is not in the pictures or description. Not handicapped friendly even with a minor handicapOther than that recommend highly. Easy to reserve and management super nic and helpful

Short walk to the beach

Clean apartment on lower level with ramp option is accessible. Well supplied kitchen for cooking or grilling The seaside themed decorations were fun and visually pleasing Some overhead noise from upstairs apartment is a mild negative. The street to driveway angle is steep and requires planning if your vehicle has low clearance We enjoyed our Sunday to Friday stay and would recommend and rebook

Great stay

My husband, myself, and our two dogs stayed here recently and would recommend / stay here again. There is a dog station next to the pool, which is helpful since there are so many burrs in the grass, and there were fewer by the station. At the end of the street is a boardwalk to walk to the beach. It is clean, nicely decorated, and in a nice neighborhood. You can hear guests upstairs walking around, but no big deal, would be the same at a hotel or anywhere else you stay. We would stay here again and recommend it. Suzanne is also a text away, and let us check in early since it was ready earlier. Great place.

Pro’s: Short walk to the beach. Clean home. Nice beach friendly interior. Comfortable bed. Nice stand up shower. Kitchen amenities. Spacious interior. Con’s: Check-in at 5:00pm. Winter Texan Travels

This is a cozy one bedroom rental in a good neighborhood. The property manager earned super positive feedback as her responses were fast and very supportive! The handyman, Rick was a skilled dedicated worker. They formed an excellent team. The kitchen and laundry facilities were certainly convenient. The cleaning done prior to checking in is an opportunity to improve. More attention to deep cleaning the floors, dusting and the shower are recommended. This rental met the needs of a Winter Texan couple!

Beautiful and clean

We loved our stay! It’s about a 3-minute walk to the beach, less than 1 minute to the community pool and hot tub. It’s very roomy and beautifully decorated. It is loud if there are kids running around the top floor, and that was the only minor downside. It would be perfect to book both the top and bottom floor for a family. We would absolutely stay here again! Great host with wonderful communication. It was very, very clean.
