Gironde stone house in a small village with shops
Independent access, large garden with trees that opens onto the vineyard.
One side of the cottage overlooks the village, the other side in the vineyards
Non smoking cottage, pets accepted.
2 Bedrooms, 1 shower room, large library, kitchen open to the dining room and living room, relaxation room.
Interior equipment: free WIFI, new appliances (washing machine, dishwasher), TV, DVD player
Outdoor equipment: 2 covered garages, garden table for 8 people, 2 hammocks, deckchairs, barbecue and plancha.
Sports equipment: 4 adult bikes, ping-pong table with rackets, 2 tennis rackets, a basketball, a game of pétanque balls
Collective equipment 100 meters away with no road to cross: basketball hoop, associative tennis, hiking trails. 14 km from the aquatic complex.
