The bright, open main living area is designed for spending time together. It features two full-size couches, two loveseats and a flat-screen TV, creating a comfortable setting to unwind after a beach day.



The modern kitchen is fully equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and an island with seating for three guests. Whether you are preparing a quick breakfast or a group dinner, the kitchen includes what you need to dine in.



The formal dining area features two dining sets with seating for up to 16 guests, making group meals, celebrations and game nights easy to enjoy together.

Beach Escape offers six spacious bedrooms across two levels. Every bedroom includes a Roku flat-screen TV with access to streaming apps.

- Pool heat is available from November through April for $35 per day plus taxes, heated to 85°F

- One small pet may be allowed with prior approval; a non-refundable $150 plus tax pet fee applies

- Vacationing students, spring breakers and groups of single guests under age 25 are not permitted

- The majority of the group must be over age 25 unless the reservation is for a family

- Owner storage spaces are locked and inaccessible to guests



Reservations made under false pretenses may be subject to eviction and forfeiture of rent payments and deposits.
