This spacious and comfortable home is the ideal setting for large group, family reunion, corporate lodging, beach reunions and much more!

The family compound features 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms for up to 16 beachgoers to stay in this home.

The floor plan is open, spacious and bright with 2 floors and 3500 square feet.

Ground level features 2 - one car garage, in each garage you will find a washer and dryer. Ground level also offers the first bedroom with a King size bed and 2 single beds. A separate full bathroom is available. Second bedroom offers a King size bed and 1 single bed. These bedrooms are ideal for a family with kids. A second separate full bathroom is available in the hallway.

The second floor features the rest of the bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining areas, kitchen, decks and living room. The third bedroom has a Queen size bed, fourth bedroom has a Queen size bed, fifth bedroom has a Queen size bed. Sixth bedroom has a King size bed and computer desk. The third bathroom is located near the kitchen and the fourth bathroom is located in the hall near the bedrooms. (All bathrooms have showers)

All bedrooms are comfortably furnished, spacious and have a ROKU flat screen TV with access to streaming apps. This gorgeous beach home has great amenities at an affordable pricing.

Our multi family vacation home features a big and open living room with two large full sized couches and two love seats to allow you to relax comfortably as you relish these spacious surroundings. Flat screen TV is also available in our living room.

An open and modern kitchen is open to the dining area and features Quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Our fully equipped kitchen includes an island with additional seating for 3 guests.

A formal dining area has two dining sets that seats 16 guests total with a flat screen TV.

The home has lots of outdoor spaces such as screened in decks in the back of the property and a side paved area perfect for grilling.

Beach Escape is indeed a delight and will provide a very special setting for a fantastic family vacation or fun friendly reunion.

The beach is ONLY a 4 minute walk!

The location of this wonderful property places you right in town walking distance to the beach, fishing, specialty shops, friendly casual bars, an abundance of amusements and much more!

Brand new pool. Pool heat is $35 per day + taxes - at 85 degrees from Nov to April.
This property allows 1 small pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.
