Welcome to our charming and cozy mid century home,6 bedrooms with 5 private baths, nestled in just about 2 miles from Indian Rocks Beach (12 mins drive) 7 miles to Clearwater beach ( 17 min s drive) our home away from home, close to restaurants, airports, attractions, supermarkets , and Phinellas park and bike trail.
Close to shopping and finest restaurants and nightlife in town. We have sought to equipped our home with about anything you anticipate you would need and be comfortable , owner lives close by so just reach out or shoot us a message if you need anything.
Enjoy and splash at our luxurious solar heated pool(heat pump available for cold nights with a fee ), soak up on hot tub (available upon request with a $250 charge for entire stay that will be assessed after booking and confirmation upon request) We are pet friendly home with breed restrictions ($100 per pet fee)
This amazing home has all you need for an enjoyable family vacation.

The pool was clean, the screen house kept out leaves and bugs. The grandkids loved playing in the pool. There was plenty of room for three generations of family. Everyone thanked me for arranging such a good location.

Great house for a large group. Very clean with enough towels for all. The hot tub was a hit as we had some chilly days. Grilling out side was wonderful. Good size family area to gather around the tv or around the table to play games.

The house was everything as described,location was convenient to everything, short drive to Clearwater Beach or Indian rock beach, several great restaurants, But the best was the house my grandkids loved the pool (heated !!) so did the adults btw, the hot tub !!! Simple the best after a long day of beach time and shopping.Water pressure was low on the master bathroom A few times we did run out of hot water, but again there was 9 of us, but we survived,the board games at the house were a great plus the Ping pong, air hockey, ms pacman game all add up to a great time !!!

The host was very welcoming. We had plenty of beds, towels, shampoo, soap, and a Christmas card! Lovely Christmas decorations including a tree which really set a perfect atmosphere. We all enjoyed the pool and games. Perfect for the cousins. Super close to multiple amazing beaches with cheap or free parking. Made a day trip to Busch Gardens for the older kids which was awesome. Would definitely stay there again.

The house was beautiful! It was perfect for our group of ninja warriors who were here in the Tampa area for a competition. It was great to be able to spread out and have the kids and adults be able to hang out separately throughout the house. The house was so clean and beautifully decorated. The host was very quick to reply to all of my questions.

House was beautiful, neighborhood was quiet. Close to grocey stores, beaches, basically anywhere you wanted to go in the Clearwater, Largo area. House was clean on arrival.
