This was our second year in a row, staying at this property, and I can honestly tell you and hasn't disappointed. The location is perfect. The condo is clean and has everything we need. The view is unbeatable and check in process was flawless.

We are aware of the building TLC issues and are spending over $3.5 million on refurbishment of the property. We have already made substantial upgrades since your visit with the creation of a fabulous garden and seating area, that also includes a new outdoor kitchen. We have repainted the building and refreshed all of the west facing (Gulf side) balconies. An updating of the attached rec room is underway and will be completed this spring (2026). I hope you will come back and experience the changes.

2025 Vacation

Our family enjoyed staying at The Sand Castle Condo. There was plenty of bedrooms and space for everyone to enjoy after a long day at the beach. The balcony was big and had enough chairs for everyone to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. Staying on Indian Shore Beach was everything we wanted for our family vacation. Activities and restaurants were close enough to walk to and the beach was clean as well. We look forward to coming back again soon!
