Ski shuttle details: A bus stop is located at the entrance of the Snowcreek condominiums which go to Ketchum, the River Run ski area, and the Warm Springs ski area.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Snowcreek 1539 Review

Very clean, comfortable, plenty of supplies, but dated compared to some of the other units. A lot of small repairs needed - cabinets in kitchen and 2nd bath off the hinges, pocket door to primary bath coming off tracks, bench at top of stairs broken.

Online description of property amenities not correct

The listing for our condo stated that it had AC and that it was a ski in/ ski out lodging. Both were not true. There was only a portable AC unit in the den area. We really wanted it in the bedroom. The unit is on property close to the ski mountain, but you can NOT ski to the condo or out of the condo. It is next to the base of Dollar Mountain and you can walk there though. These descriptions led me to rent this condo over all the other choices in Sun Valley, so I was disappointed. We still had a nice time though.

This condo was clean and the location was great. Getting in was confusing. Maybe clearer instructions on using the code box? However, the manager helped us right away, so that was great.

Nice Place

Well kept condo complex very close to Sun Valley lodge. A bit dated condo but I’d stay there again as it was clean and met our needs. A short bike ride, walk or drive into downtown made this a convenient location.

Really I could have given 5 stars

Strangely this is the same title of review I gave for another Snowcreek apartment last year. Apartment 1539 is well stocked and spacious for four (or even 5) people. One drawback is that the dining table is up against the wall and in this position does not fit four. We had to move it into the living room and eat there to accommodate us. It was that or move it away from the wall and move chairs every time. Another issue that seems to be universal for snow creek is that the living room set up is not conducive to watching TV, The TV is one one wall and the sofa is all the way across the room. Just bad architecture. No issues with comfort, cleanliness, etc. I would rent again. The best part, the access to the hot tub, which even given COVID limit to 8 people, we were able to use two out of three nights.

Great Getaway

We take the family skiing in Sun Valley at least once a year and this is the first time we’ve stayed out by dollar mountain. Still so close to town and it was great for the day we did ski at dollar because the parking lot is right outside the door. The house was great, no complaints

Nice little property

Great location at the base of dollar mountain with practical ski in-out facilities. Beds were comfortable, kitchen on the small side and carpets worn and a little stained in places. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend to others.

Good value--Quiet, low key and safe

This condo is very clean, in a nice quiet location. Beds were comfortable which I find is usually not the case. Pool and jacuzzi were open and others were respectful of covid situation. Good value for the rental price. (There were several light bulbs out (no big deal). This is an upper unit with stairs that renters should be aware of)--all in all it was low-key and perfect. We felt very safe.

great stay

Great stay for a week, and very well equipped. The deck was perfect for unwinding after a day in the mountains, holding a frosty beverage, with food sizzling on the grill. The location is central and close to everything.

Great location

Nice condo, cozy beds, clean, updated kitchen and comfortable /large living area. Entryway could use an update, but this is probably more noticeable in Summer than winter. We hiked Dollar Mountain right outside the condo complex, swam in the pool located steps from the unit and walked to the symphony over at the Sun Valley Lodge. Great for our family of four.

Perfect Location, Great View and Terrace, and Lovely Condo Overall!
