Come discover this wonderful region on the Ria d'Etel and this beautiful house dating from 1787, which offers an exceptional view of the island of St Cado and his little house feet in the water. The ideal beach for children is 50 meters away, as well as walks that will guide you through this landscape with striking lights.
You will have on the floor, a big room with a small balcony, three single beds plus a mattress child and baby bed, a room of bath with shower with the Italian a toilet. On the ground floor there is a living room with a very comfortable sofa bed for sleeping, (Bultex mattress 12 cm thick), a fully equipped kitchen as well as a garden for eating in privacy.

Logement sale le ménage n'avais pas été fait. Aménagement à revoir en profondeur. Machine à laver ne fonctionne pas et plein d'autres choses . Je ne reprendrai pas un logement abritel.

Emplacement remarquable

Formidable emplacement à 50 mètres de l'ile de Saint Cado, avec vue imprenable sur la maison ostréicole de Nichtarguer. Chaque jour une lumière et un paysage différents ! La maison est authentique, voire "rustique". Le confort n'est pas exceptionnel mais cela tient en partie à la configuration des lieux. Philippe le propriétaire est très réactif et de contact facile. Un séjour à ne pas manquer !

Propriété améliorable dans un site exceptionnel

Site vraiment exceptionnelle, malheureusement l’entrée se fait par un jardinet en friches, un portillon qui tient avec une ficelle…et c’est la première impression. le séjour est conforme aux photos , cachet de l’ancien joliment décoré. La cuisine est bien équipée (électroménager ) sauf le four encastré qui a tendance à sortir de son logement, par contre la vaisselle est minimaliste (nous avons dû acheter un saladier et de quoi essorer la salade) et parfois ébréchée, les verres rares…. L’étage accessible par un escalier raide , la chambre sert également de débarras (matelas, ventilateurs, …..en vrac)…. Bref peu accueillante, deux lits de 80 rapprochés mais de hauteurs différentes, une grande couette avec une petite housse …. Tout cela bien dommage dans un endroit aussi remarquable..

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour cet hiver. Le feu de cheminée donne une ambiance très "vieilles pierres". La vue sur la ria d'Etel est un vrai bonheur. Je recommande vivement. Yvan.

Cocon avec vue

Excellent séjour dans la demeure de Philippe. Cet endroit est parfait pour se ressourcer et apprécier la vue sur l'eau au coin du feu de cheminée. Tout le confort et le réconfort y sont présents. Nous y retournerons volontiers.

Vue exceptionnelle, maison pleine de charme complète et dans son jus, dépaysement assuré ! Ce logement permet de se ressourcer, il nous adopte au fil des jours. D'autant plus, si on aime les feux de cheminée, se poser simplement sur le canapé, avoir un éclairage doux et écouter le silence de l'eau à la tombée de la nuit ! De plus l'hôte est disponible, arrangeant, réactif et sympathique

Maison authentique et calme (novembre) avec une très belle vue. Nous nous sommes ressourcés au coin du feu de la grande cheminée c'était très sympa. Attention congés annuels du restaurant voisin qu'on nous avait recommandé. Top disponibilité et réactivité du propriétaire de la maison.

Beaucoup de charme

Bonjour, nous avons passé 5 jours merveilleux. La maison en pierre est vraiment très charmante, elle ne manque de rien. Nous avons pu profiter de la splendide vue sous le soleil. L'emplacement est idéal pour flâner. Les balades aux alentours sont ressourçantes. Merci beaucoup Philippe pour ces bonnes vacances. J'espère qu'on aura l'occasion de revenir. A bientôt Fanny

La vue est exceptionnelle. Il y a beaucoup de promeneurs pour admirer ce paysage magnifique et les couchers de soleil. Le restaurant "les Algues Marines" est très bien, l'accueil est parfait.
