About this property

This property shares a backyard with the owners. It includes a solar heated swimming pool, hot tub, which is shared space. First bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen bed. Living room has 2 couches, one that converts to a full size bed. There is a screened lanai on the front porch and home is on a dead end street. Very quiet. We provide beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach buggy to carry all your things. All linens and even toiletries are available for your convenience. The owners want you to have a great vacation experience and are available to answer any questions. There is a nice size kitchen but no dishwasher. Washer and dryer in home. We are 2 miles to the beach and 4 miles to the main entrance to Siesta Key Beach. Master bath with large walk in shower! Please also check out my other property VRBO#1898011. I am a registered nurse and love to help people. We bought our house in 2015 and were sold the minute we saw the guest house! It is great for friends, relatives and eventually to be able to care for my parents when needed. Until then we have kids in college so decided to offer our place to vacationers and hope to make life long friends in the process. I will treat you like family and look forward to sharing our beautiful city. We have 2 dogs that will be in the back yard at times but mostly are inside. They are very friendly!

Why they chose this property

This guest house is on a dead end street. Very quiet place to relax and unwind. Even though it is a guest house on our property, the entrance is on a separate street with a shared back yard. You will have as much privacy as you need.

We will treat you like our family! We have beach chairs, beach cart, towels, pool, and hot tub available for your use. Anything that we have we are happy to share with you during your stay.
