Sarasota downtown and Hwy I-75 are within 5 miles from the house. Sarasota/Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) is less than 20 minutes away. Within 5 minutes walk are Gulf Gate shopping mall, grocery store, local restaurants, cafes, pubs, and public transportation. In addition, Gulf Gate community has plenty of sidewalks throughout for walking or bike riding.

Nearby amenities include popular Sarasota Gulf Coast Keys and beaches, Siesta Key Village, boat excursions, prestige golf courses, art museums, galleries, and theatres. The upscale shopping is on hand at St. Armand’s Circle, together with fine dining, live entertainment and other cultural attractions. This is why Sarasota is named The Cultural Capital of Florida.

The house was very nice. We would definitely stay here again. It was located in a nice neighborhood with great access to a lot of restaurants and other stores. It came with a lot of prestocked necessities such as towels, toilet paper,& soaps and some cleaning supplies. Loved having the iron and ironing board it was a nice extra touch.

Great house, great location

This is the 2nd time we have stay here and hopefully will be able to stay again. The house is great and the pool and outdoor area is where we spent the most of our time. The house is located in a nice area that is a short walk to several restaurants, stores and Publics. It is a short drive to Siesta Beach and down town Sarasota. Our flight was early and Nada got us into the house early.

A fantastic house!

It is a well equipped, very clean and beautiful house. In the house you can find everything you need. The swimming pool is beautiful, we enjoyed it big time. Not to forget the garden grill what we used a lot. The location of the house is also excellent. I highly recommend the place to everybody, this is a stellar accommodation without a doubt.

Siesta Key is a great place to relax, the ocean is 10 minutes away by car, we arrived in the morning and Nada allowed us to check in earlier, for which we thank her very much) All our issues were resolved as quickly as possible.

This is the third time to stay here and can’t wait to do it again. Nada and Milan were very responsive and helpful. The check in process was extremely easy. The outdoor living area was great. Being able to park in the garage and use the washer and dryer were big perks.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub was perfect for our family. This property is in a great location. We visited several different beaches in the area. Parts of the neighborhood were questionable. We would not go for a bike ride through this neighborhood. The street that the property is on was very nice. Overall we had a great vacation and would stay at this property again.

Being Snowbirds ourselves, we did comprehensive research on Southern destinations where we felt would be most comfortable and exciting for us to vacation away from the cold winter months in Canada. We had already vacationed in California, New Mexico, Arizona, Panama, Costa Rica, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic, and finally found ourselves mesmerized with the beaches and amenities that Sarasota offers to vacationers.

Why they chose this property

We decided to craft a Beach House in Sarasota Gulf Gate because of it's charming tranquility, as well as it's close proximity to Siesta Key Beach. We wanted to have a vacation home that would be relaxing and enjoyable, and at the same time, give us that 'away from it all' feeling. It took us some time to remodel an exquisite property and to construct and include a beautiful and expansive Roman swimming pool on our large patio.

We are thrilled with our Gulf Gate Beach House as a family and we are excited to share our joys and passion for it with you too! See you there! And remember, ‘Life is Good’

What makes this property unique

We were attracted by a beautiful view from the living room on the spacious and tropical looking backyard. We immediately imagined a large swiming pool with built-in spa right in the middle of it. Our dream came true the following year when we built a nice sundeck and our private, Roman-shaped swimming pool, where we spend our most enjoyable moments.
