3 BEDROOM, 3 BATHROOM

This beautiful condominium overlooks the white sandy beaches of The Gulf of Mexico. Located on the 3rd floor of the Legacy 1 Tower, this professionally furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condominium offers 1852 Sq. Ft. of living area.

The Living Room is equipped with a 50” flat screen TV, with access to a huge balcony overlooking the 2 beautiful pools.

The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed, a 42' TV with basic cable and a DVD player, a huge private bathroom with a garden tub, a separate shower, a double vanity with granite tops and a large walk-in closet.

The second Bedroom has 2 Queen Size Beds, a 35' Flat Screen TV with basic cable and a DVD player.

The third bedroom has 2 Double Size Beds, a 35" flat screen TV, with basic cable and a DVD player.

The kitchen is equipped with the top of the line appliances, granite counter tops and is fully furnished for the gourmet cook.

The dining room has a table that seats six as well as a breakfast bar that seats two. Also included is a mini wet bar. The utility room has a full size washer & dryer for your convenience.

This unit comes with a fully furnished 227 Sq. Ft. balcony as well as a separate kitchen balcony that offers a breath taking view of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit comes with 2 parking passes. One is an assigned parking spot in the covered parking garage which brings a convenience, as well as another parking spot for the Common Area.


Just ten minutes from the Gulfport Regional Airport. Close to deep-sea fishing, the Mississippi Coast Coliseum: convention center, casinos, and only about an hour from New Orleans.

Access to 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor heated pool.

Loved our stay at this beautiful condo! It had a cozy feel and was perfect for our family. The balcony was my favorite part! It was spacious and had such a pretty view. The weather was unfortunately not the greatest this weekend, but there is so much to do all around the area, that we still managed to stay busy and have a great family vacation. Will definitely be coming back during better weather, so that we can enjoy the pools and the beach more!

Condo is beautiful and conveniently located to everything we needed. The owner was immediately available to us if we needed anything. He was very accommodating and so pleasant to work with.
