L'extrême propreté règne dans ce gîte, la déco est très agréable, rien n'y manque, la jolie piscine est la bienvenue pour faire bronzette tranquillement et s'y rafraîchir. On est surpris en arrivant car les photos sont bien en dessous de ce qu'est réellement le gîte. La place de parking face au gîte et à l'ombre a été très appréciable. Merci à Michel pour son accueil. Nous étions deux dans ce gîte.

Merci beaucoup pour votre réponse positive, par contre pour les futurs locataires notre appartement n’est pas un studio mais bien un T2 cabine avec 1 chambre parentale avec grand lit pour 2 personnes plus une cabine avec porte et fenêtre avec 2 lits superposés

Nous avons passé un super séjour! Le logement est top, bien équipé, avec une belle terrasse face a la piscine. La résidence est calme, très agréable et jolie, à 5 min à pied de la plage et des commerces du Mail, avec plein d animations pour les enfants. Mention spéciale à Michel, qui nous a super bien accueilli et a été adorable! Nous reviendrons c’est certain!

La réalité est totalement conforme à l'annonce. Il ne manque rien pour la vie à quatre. La terrasse est agréable et modulable avec un rideau si l'on veut un peu d'intimité. Wir wurden sehr nett Empfangen. Die Wohnungen ist mit allem Eingerichtet was man brauch. Alles sauber und sehr gepflegt. Uns hat vor allem die große überdachte Terasse gefallen. Der sehr schöne Strand ist zu Fuss in 5 min zu erreichen. Auch zum Baguette holen brauch man höchsten 5.min.Ein kleiner Sparmarkt befindet sich direkt neben dem Bäcker. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Très bel appartement

Appartement TRÈS fonctionnel et très bien placé. Plage et commerces de proximité à 5 minutes. Place de stationnement face à la porte d'entrée, un vrai plus. Le logement est plus que complet avec absolument tout ce qu'il faut !!! Nous étions 4 et manque juste quelques mètres carrés pour être au top du top ! 😁 Je recommande vivement

Un p'tit nid douillet !

Un appartement joliemant décoré, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer une semaine agréable. Les propriétaires sont très attentionnés, et Michel, qui nous reçoit est charmant et tès prévenant. Une télé dans le salon, une dans la chambre des parents, avec une tablette et un ordinateur, tout le monde a pu regarder le soir, ce qu'il désirait. Tout le matériel mis à notre disposition est de très bonne qualité. Le grand ventilateur du lustre, nous permettait de laisser la fenêtre ouverte au frias, et la clim prenait le relais, lorsque la chaleur était trop forte, la fenêtre fermée naturellement...... Le plus ultra est la plus que proximité de la piscine. Je pouvais voir mes petits enfants de la terrasse..... Je vous conseille fortement de retenir cette location, si vous désirer venir à Rochelongue (quartier d'Agde)......

Super Lage

Wir haben zwei Wochen in der Anlage verbracht. Die Lage ist toll. Pool direkt davor. Strand, Geschäfte und Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar. Die Jachthäfen sind ca 45 Minuten zu Fuß oder on ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat eine schöne schattige Terrasse. Sie ist aber schon sehr klein. Unsere Tochter ist 18. das passt nicht so. Aber für 2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder ist es ausreichend.

Vielen Dank für Ihren Kommentar zum 2. Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbett, das in der Anzeige deutlich angegeben und auf dem Foto sichtbar ist. Dies ist eine Hütte mit 1 Fenster und 2 Etagenbetten, die im Allgemeinen für Teenager geeignet ist. Natürlich können Erwachsene schlafen. Es gab genügend Platz zum Essen auf der Terrasse, was ich nicht ganz verstand. Stellen Sie die 2 Liegestühle sowie die Grillmöbel und den Wäscheständer auf.

Schmuckes Appartement

Wir haben es sehr genossen, klein aber fein. Modern eingerichtet, modernste Technik, einfach zu bedienen. Und wenn wir was nicht wussten, haben wir den Hausmeister, der in der Anlage wohnt, gefragt. ALLES SEHR SCHÖN UND GUT! Übrigens: Strände sind max. 8Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Also Rucksack packen und leichte Liege mitnehmen, das klappt auch noch für rüstige ältere Leutchen.

Un excellent séjour

L'appartement est toujours aussi agréable et fonctionnel. La nouvelle décoration de la terrasse est superbe. L'emplacement est idéal, à proximité de la plage et des commodités. Le logement est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. La terrasse est grande et nous permet d'être toujours dehors. La piscine est très belle et bien entretenue. Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour des vacances idéales.
