Bright and very comfortable house with large enclosed garden (900m2) south-south-west orientation, located in a calm area a few minutes (600m) walk from the beach and shops
The house has a terrace facing south and a covered terrace behind the house for cooler evenings.
The capacity of reception is 6 people.

Private parking in the courtyard.

Wonderful stay in a very comfortable house. We liked the warmth and personality of the place. The accommodation offered so much more than I expected. I was a home from home for us. I will book again for sure.

Maison très agréable, très bien équipée, bien placée. les 2 chambres au rez de chaussée avec leur WC et salle de bain chacune, c'était fort appréciable. Le chien a apprécié le grand jardin. Tout était parfait pour un agréable séjour.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem traumhaften Garten

Wir haben uns immer gefreut, wenn wir nach einem kleinen Ausflug in die schöne Umgebung wieder in das Haus kamen. Besonders der Blick in den großen Garten vom Esstisch aus hat uns gefallen

Geht gar nicht

Wir haben einen Tag vor unserer Anreise die Nachricht erhalten dass das Haus nicht " frei " ist . Dank des beherzten Einsatzes der Concierge , haben wir doch noch einen schönen Urlaub in Agon-Coutainville verbracht , wenn auch nicht in diesem Haus . Merci beaucoup , Sandie

Charaktervolles Haus

Wir haben uns in dem Haus spontan wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist Freistil, aber gemütlich, es findet sich in dem sehr geräumigen Haus immer die richtige Ecke. Wunderbar der riesige Garten. Technisch und in der Küche war immer alles da was wir brauchten. Die Umgebung einschließlich der 5min zum Meer bzw. zu den zentralen Geschäften, Restaurants und Cafes ist auch ein toller Pluspunkt. Wunderbare 2 Wochen!

une escapade en Normandie très agréable

Séjour agréable dans cette maison très bien située et bien agencée : 2 chambres en RDC avec chacune une SDB et des WC. L'espace extérieur est grand et permet de profiter du beau temps Normand.

Assez moyen au vu du prix location

Accueil cordial Malgré la prévenance avec l arrivé d un nourrisson la première nuit catastrophique 15•c partout dans la maison 3 chambres et 3 salle de bain c est bien mais impossible de prendre en même temps les douches sinon eau froides Très déçu de payer 60€ de ménage car hygiène global satisfaisant Toile d araignée partout Sac aspirateur plein à craquer vaisselle suspendu grasse couvercle poubelle très sale etc…. Oreillé trace jaunâtre… Heureusement le jardin est très grand mais pas de salon pour profiter du soleil Le portail ne fermé pas!! Pas de double de clefs maison non plus enfin très très moyen pour le prix A savoir que pres de 80% des meubles sont fermés avec cadenas donc on loue des cadenas il a fallut laisser les affaires sur la grande table de salle à manger pour faire office de rangement. Globalement très déçu et trop cher😡

La maison de vacances idéale !!

Maison très bien équipée et décorée avec goût. On a passé un séjour très agréable entre amis . La rue est très calme et contrairement à ce qui a été dit plus haut , le camping situé deux rues plus loin ne cause aucun désagrément . (Faute de trouver une location nous y étions au mois d'août et après 22h nous n'avions plus l'autorisation de faire de bruit) . Nous sommes tellement contents de notre séjour dans cette jolie maison que nous reviendrons sûrement l'année prochaine !
