Charming Gite in excellent location

Lovely gite situated in the old town with excellent facilities. Situated in a very peaceful setting but only a 10 minute walk to the beach and supermarket. The gite has a beautiful secluded garden surrounded by lovely countryside with lots of lovely walks.

Altes Haus mit Garten fußläufig zum Zentrum/Strand

Das Haus liegt in einer schmalen Strasse ohne Parkmöglichkeit, man kann in 10 min. Zu Fuß ins Dorf/an den Strand laufen. Ein Supermarkt ist nicht weit entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin klappte sehr gut, ein defektes Gerät wurde zum Beispiel nach Reklamation noch am gleichen Tag ersetzt. Das Haus ist sehr alt, die untere Etage modern renoviert. Es gibt einen schönen Wintergarten und einen eigenen Garten. Gartenmöbel, Grill etc. sind vorhanden. Die Küche ist modern und gut ausgestattet. Die Oberen Schlafräume sind zwar neu gestrichen, das Alter des Hauses aber dort spürbar. Die Bäder sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und durch die mehrfach übergestrichenen Holzmöbel und Leitungen über Putz nicht besonders schön. Unserer Meinung nach könnten die WC-Brillen ausgetauscht werden, sie sind locker und nicht mehr ansehnlich. An vielen Stellen könnten kleine Reparaturen unserer Meinung nach nicht Schaden. Wir hatten Bettwäsche und ein Handtuch pro Person gemietet. Weitere Handtüchern selber mitgebracht. Geschirrtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden. Zum Einladen durften wir das Auto vor die Türe fahren, sonst haben wir ca. 150m entfernt geparkt. Einen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück gibt es nicht. In der Nebensaison kein Problem, im Sommer sicher nicht immer ganz einfach.

Schöne Familienunterkunft in der Nähe des Hippodroms

Buchung und Einchecken völlig unproblematisch. Sehr schöner alter Garten. Einrichtung zweckmäßig, aber alles vorhanden. Es wurde schon über den Ölgeruch geschrieben, den man nur teilweise durch langes Öffnen der Fenster und Türen und nur zeitweise vermeiden kann. Aber auch daran gewöhnt man sich. Die Lage ist gut, aber kein Parkplatz. Ca 100m die Straße runter gibt es aber viele Parkplätze an der Straße zum Ort. Kinderzimmer ist sehr nett, die Renovierung insgesamt hätte etwas höherwertiger ausfallen können.

Semaine de grand soleil dans une très vieille maison sise dans une toute petite rue très calme et dont le RDC a été restauré et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, le tout dans un magnifique "jardin anglais".

Nous avons passé 15 jours de vacances formidables dans cette jolie maison restaurée très bien équipée dotée d’un très beau jardin. Nous venons régulièrement à Agon-Coutainville où nous trouvons le climat recherché. Nous fuyons la chaleur estivale du sud de la France. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans cette maison pour de prochaines vacances.

Wunderschönes Haus und zentraler Lage mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern

Ambiente (Haus und Garten) wundervoll, sehr großzügig im EG. Die zentrale Lage besticht, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, dabei jedoch extrem ruhig gelegen (wir waren allerdings nach den Sommerferien dort). Gute Ausstattung der Küche. Die Haus- Infomappe war sehr ausführlich. Nicht so toll: Der Geruch von der Ölheizung breitete sich trotz guten Lüftens im EG aus. Die Grundausstattung mit Handtüchern reicht nicht aus. Fahrräder wären von Vorteil, da es keinen Verleih in der Nachsaison gibt. Deutsche Fernsehsender fehlen. Der Kühlschrank ließ sich nicht regulieren, die Temperatur war im Frostbereich. Eine Gebrauchsanleitung für das Radio fehlte.

Es gibt leider keinen Parkplatz am Haus das Ein-und Auspacken ist schwierig,insbesondere bei Regen.

Eine kleine Oase

Es war rundum wunderbar: ein geräumiges, lichtdurchflutetes Haus, eine stilvolle Einrichtung, ohne Protz, dafür mit Liebe zum Detail, ein schöner Garten und einen tollen Wintergarten. Wir hatten 11 richtig schöne Tage in Coutainville. Da eine Person von uns nicht gut zu Fuss ist, brauchten wir zwar immer das Auto, um ans Meer zu gehen - aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen! Danke! Einziges winzigkleines Manko, das wir nur erwähnen, damit andere sich richten können: Die bereitgestellte Wäsche war echt etwas zu wenig (wir hatten zum Beispiel keine Handtücher für die verschiedenen Toiletten). Wir haben dann einfach ein Set dazugekauft - und gut war. Ich denke jedoch, man könnte auch Sandie darum bitten - käme aber wohl etwa gleich teuer wie es dazuzukaufen.

Séjour normand

La location est bien située, près des commerces et de la mer. On peut aisément se passer de la voiture. La véranda apporte de la clarté, quand on y mange on a l’impression d’être dans le jardin. C’est le petit plus de cette maison.

100% Urlaub - 100% Normandie

Wir haben 2 herrliche Wochen in diesem wunderbar renovierten Haus verbracht; besonders der Wintergarten mit diesem herrlichen Blick in den Garten haben uns verzaubert; die Küche war top ausgestattet, sodass wir auch gerne mit den frischen Zutaten vom nahgelegenen Markt gekocht haben; zudem liegt das Haus sehr günstig für Unternehmungen in die Umgebung. Agréable séjour passé dans cette maison restaurée dans un charmant village, emplacement idéal à moins de 10 mn à pied de la plage et du centre ville. Néanmoins, pas d'emplacement pour le véhicule, obligation de se garer dans la rue. Prévoir de l'éclairage dans la salle de bain au-dessus du lavabo (fil pendant), prévoir des épingles à linge, une essoreuse à salade, un robot ménager (soupe/carottes râpées, etc.)

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans cette magnifique maison, très agréable et très bien équipée ! La ville et la plage sont accessibles à pied, le jardin est très bien entretenu, et maison très confortable, même en plein hiver ! Accueil de Mirjam impeccable, nous recommandons vivement cette maison.
