Club facilities not available to rental but community park and trails are more than enough to enough nature and all the vistas. Burnsville area is quaint and inviting with local shops and many dining choices. Fully furnished with everything you would need for a quiet and peaceful stay in the midst of the mountains. 40 minutes to downtown Asheville for additional shops and dining and a proclaimed arts district.

Perfect for a getaway from Atlanta heat

Comfortable and homey place. Had everything we needed. Favorite part was the deck which was shaded for virtually the entire day to allow us to enjoy the view from outside!

Lovely Winter Break

Thank you for making your lovely condo available. Despite the chill outside the gas fireplace and Netflix made for cozy nights in. This accommodation was well equipped in all rooms and we regret it was too cold to enjoy the nice deck furniture.

Tom’s Place at Creekside, Burnsville

We love this condo. It is a mountain climb to get there, and requires stairs to get into the condo. The view is gorgeous, the condo is well decorated, private and generally quiet. The neighbors are nice also. We love to call this condo “home” for a week or a month and hope to go there again and again.

Beautiful mountain view

My husband and I enjoyed the beautiful view, the convenience to Burnsville and Weaverville, and the two golf courses we played nearby—Mt. Mitchell State Park and Reems Creek. We wished that we had been allowed to play the course at Mountain Air. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. We’ll return again!!

Mountain getaway

Lovely place for one or two couples to enjoy fresh air, hiking, and sunsets. The community is quiet and beautiful. The condo is comfortable and clean and well stocked. The town is cute too.

Mountain top vacation

This property was great! It was very clean and well located for both activities in the mountains and Asheville. Communication with the owner was excellent. Altogether an excellent place to stay!

Mountain Air was beautiful maintain resort

Property was well maintained. Better description would be useful. Property had no TV reception which was not entered into description. Roku or Apple TV should have been available for use with no TV reception. In addition one small 31 inch TV is not enough for a property of this size. Additional TV’s for bedrooms would enhance property rentals. One more suggestion please mention in summary that there are three flights of stairs down before reaching condo. Some renters may not be able to maneuver the steps.

We would suggest that due to your specific expectations for television and cable that you inquire with the owners prior to booking next time. We have also added the following description to the accessibility of the condo which is a more accurate description of our access: This condo is one story lower than the parking level and has a staircase that is split in half with a landing . Again this is something that previous guests who have limited mobility have inquired about prior to booking. Thanks for your feedback .

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this mountain condominium. It was a beautiful community and the condominium had everything to make it feel like home. Enjoyed relaxing on the porch with its wonderful views. The unit was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Appreciated a 1 pm check in, even though we didn't arrive until later, and a 12 pm check-out. We would definitely stay in this property again.
