Lovely but needs attention

This is a beautifully situated property, and has the makings of an exceptionally lovely place, but unfortunately it needs an extensive programme of repairs and replacements to old and inadequate fittings.

très grande maison prés de la mer, nous étions une grande famille (8 adultes et 4 enfants) et chacun se sentait à l'aise le jardin est magnifique et la maison très bien équipée les enfants ont adorés la piscine, le jacuzzi et le billard à l'année prochaine

Piscine et ballades près de la mer

Nous avons passe un très bon séjour en famille Il y a de tout et pour tout le monde : jogging le long de le rivière, ballades au village (très mignon), farniente dans le jardin (superbe et bien entretenu) ou au bord de la piscine (propre et chauffée), squatter le jacuzzi, ... Et j'en passe, pour des retrouvailles de toutes les générations autour du billard. Et cerise sur le gâteau, la taille de la villa permet à chacun d'avoir son intimité... Famille élargie, famille recomposée, groupe d'amis,... Choisissez la.

Nous étions 6 adultes et 5 enfants pour passer une semaine inoubliable dans cette magnifique. Les propriétaires sont très disponible pour répondre aux questions et éventuels besoins, le village est très calme, les paysages superbes, pleins de belles choses à voir dans cette magnifique région. Nous espérons revenir très bientôt. 4 sapeurs pompiers volontaires et leurs petites familles.

vacances reposantes et actives

villa idéale pour passer un agréable séjour en groupe quelqu'il soit famille, amis, ... pour jeunes enfants c'est ideal jardin, piscine, jeux, pas de problème pour les isoler. Départs de belles visites en voiture, départs de belles randonnées pédestres et vélos. Repos bien mérité avec piscine et jacuzzi. Agréable contact avec propriétaire, et agence, disponibles.

nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette belle maison, spacieuse et bien aménagée Un endroit calme, une jolie piscine chauffée à 29° Le petit port à 3 mns à pied et au mois d'avril, un bon barbecue au soleil! un coup de coeur A l'année prochaine!

sejour pendant les vacances de fevrier

Sejour familiale, 6 adultes et 5 enfants aux vacances de février.Seul la partie avec la piscine cuisine salle a manger est en double vitrage, tout le reste de la maison, meme en chauffant reste froid.Tous les radiateurs sont electriques et il y a un surplus a payer si vous dépasser ! nous avons fait tres tres attention et nous avons quand même dépasser. Le Propreté de la maisson à l arrivée etait insuffisant. Il n y a aucun endroit pour mettre les vestes et chaussures, pourtant l hivers c'est indispensable ! dans la cuisine il y a seulement 12 fourchettes et pas de verres a eau !les casseroles sont vieilles. Tout est électrique . Le hamman ne fonctionnait pas et dans la chambre du bas, les personnes précedentes avait fumé. L'espace piscine sauna jaccuzi est agréable. Je pense qu il ne faut pas louer la maison l 'hiver....

tous les ans à la meme adresse

cette maison est notre point de ralliement depuis 3 ans maintenant ! pour je vais dire seulement 1 week end ,hélas ! ellle est non seulement très bien agencée (coin cheminée billard wi fi .....)mais aussi coin salle à manger(vu sur la piscine et jaccuzi) et j'en passe. que du bonheur de profiter de ses amis dans cette maison,chacun ses dépendances ,son intimité ,et la salle de jeux pour les enfants. très bien équipée ,elle nous a permis de nous faire des week ends "gastronomiques ,détentes ,farnientes et zen " les alentours méritent une petite escapade pedestre!!!

merveilleuses vacances entre amis!!

Nous venons de passer une semaine des vacances de Pâques FORMIDABLE à la villa du port! Nous étions 3 couples et 4 enfants dont 2 ados... nous étions tous enchantés des prestations qu'offre la villa: billard (nos ados sont devenus accros!! juste après l'accès wifi), piscine chauffée à souhait(ma fille y était 8 heures par jour), jaccuzzi (vrai bonheur de tous!), sauna et hammam... L'espace est idéal pour avec chacun son espace. Nous y reviendrons, c'est sûr!! Et la Bretagne sud est fantastique au printemps: la plage de Guidel, le port de Doëlan, Pont Aven, Concarneau! Bref, nous sommes tous toùbés amoureux de la Bretagne! Même notre petit cocker Enzo a aimé...

Villa de charme, trés bien équipée, au calme, dans un grand jardin proche des sentiers côtiers et des plages du pouldu. Une piscine chauffée à souhait. Un bon souvenir de vacances
