This property is located in a retirement community and is a immaculate 2 bedroom 2500 Square Foot Home in a relaxing surrounding. This property is near all major freeways with lots of shopping between Los Angeles and San Diego . This home has ample room for a large vehicle and garage room

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return keys to place where found, remove food from location and place in dumpster outside. Wifi is posted on pantry door. Trash is taken every Friday. Leave temperature in house at 78 when depart
Remove bedding and put in washing machine, start dishwasher if possible. Close all doors and windows, emergency contacts are posted on pantry door or in drawer in kitchen
Blow up bed is located in hallway, iron as well.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
It is a senior friendly community, noise is not allowed

My sister and I stayed 4 nights at this property.. It was located in a very good neighborhood and easy access to stores and restaurants near by. The home was beautiful and very clean. Very large kitchen for cooking. If we needed anything the owner emailed us back right away.. I recommend staying with your family..
