About this property

2-Bedroom Ocean View Condo 108 at Vista Encantada

Vista Encantada is just outside the pueblito of El Divisadero, Nayarit, Mexico, an Eco Development with walking paths through the jungle, spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, where you can disconnect and relax with nature. Lounge around our huge pool or hike the property or down to the beach. Sit on your patio and watch for whales during the season. We are 52 miles north of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport between La Penita and Chacala, Nayarit.

First floor, 2-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo with pool and ocean view. King bed in master bedroom and double bed in 2nd bedroom. Kitchen equipped with microwave oven, refrigerator, stove and oven, pots and pans, dishes and coffee maker. 2nd bedroom has a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner stove and pots, pans, dishes and coffee maker. Mini-split air conditioners and ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room.

Guest access to the pool, gym, Putting green/Mini-golf, PickleBall and other amenities in the development.

Beach dining is close by at Chacala beach if you care to have a nice fresh catch of Dorado (Mahi mahi) or Huachinango (red snapper) or giant shrimp for lunch or dinner. For shopping, dining and open market as well as doctor or dentist, La Penita is a short drive (15 to 20 minutes).
Currently, it is best to rent a car when flying in to the Puerto Vallarta airport.
