Beautiful Chalet in a beautiful location

Gite le Tapatoru is a wonderful chalet up into the hills above Aix-les-Bains. I thoroughly recommend it as a luxurious and peaceful base for exploring this area. It is large, well equipped, and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need is provided - and even some things you didn't know you needed! We enjoyed the raclette and fondue sets, as well as the pilates and yoga equipment available in the basement room. The bathrooms are great, with lovely showers. There is a great washing line available for drying clothes/towels etc up on the mezzanine. As many other reviewers have commented, the mezzanine floor has quite a low ceiling, so you need to take care if using the upper bedrooms/landing. There is a bus-stop right outside the chalet, with buses throughout the week to take you up to the top of Revard and onto Feclaz, or down to Aix-les-Bains. However, a car is necessary to get further afield. We also visited Conjux and Chanaz, Les Dent du Chat, enjoyed paragliding with Aix-en-Vol, boating and paddleboarding from Conjux beach. Anais is a welcoming and supportive host. Note for UK holidaymakers: Alhtough duvets and pillows are provided, the bed linen is not included in the rental price. It's €10 per person, and you will make the beds up yourself on arrival. Towels are also not provided, but can be hired for €7 per person. But it is permitted to bring your own linen and/or towels. Manque un extérieur de plein pied. Aucun commentaire trompeur ou inexact ! Je confirme que la table sur la photo se trouve à moins 1 donc il faut tout transporter. Nous aurions profité beaucoup plus de l'extérieur si nous avions de quoi manger et se détendre de plein pied.De plus le volet du velux du séjour ne fonctionnait pas et c'est regrettable avec les chaleurs du week-end.

Les locataires sont heureux de pouvoir profiter de l'extérieur et de manger dehors. Votre note n'est pas mauvaise mais j'aurai préféré un peu de retour sur les petites choses positives du week-end (arrivée au gîte à 11h30, réactivité dès qu'il y avait un problème...). Tolle Unterkunft in wunderschöner Umgebung!

Die Gîte le Tapatoru ist ein hübsch eingerichtetes, rustikales Holzhaus auf 750 Mezern Höhe, das perfekt in die Umgebung passt. Anaïs, die Vermieterin, wohnt im selben Gebäude, was die Erreichbarkeit einfach macht. Zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten bzw. Ortschaften ist es nicht weit, etwa 10 Minuten nach Aix-les-Bains und je ca. 30 Minuten bis Chambery oder Annecy. Die Gîte ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, von Küchenutensilien über Putzsachen bis hin zum Bügeleisen. Ein Auto ist allerdings unbedingt erforderlich, denn es gibt kaum Einkehrmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und auch der nächste Supermarkt liegt im Tal. Dafür parkt das Auto dann aber auf dem Grundstück ganz ohne lästige Parkplatzsuche. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Minute

Wunderbare Zeit in den Savoyer Alpen

Die Ferienwohnung ist komfortabel und entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Elektrogrill, Gasherd und Induktionsherd, sogar Raclette und Fondue etc.). Die Lage ist günstig und lädt zu vielen spannenden Ausflügen ein: z.B. Mont Revard, Mollard Noir/Dent du Chat, Croix du NivoletLeysm

Magnifique week-end en famille

Nous avons passé un week-end en famille où nous avons pu profiter d’un magnifique cadre entre lac et montagne Le gîte est très confortable et très spacieux. Anais est une hôte disponible et à l’écoute tout en restant discrète. Merci pour son accueil chaleureux. J’aurais plaisir à revenir en famille.

Excellent séjour entre montagne et lac!

Très bon séjour. La maison est chaleureuse et assez grande pour 10 personnes. Très bonne communication des propriétaires. Cerise sur le gâteau, possibilité de massage à prix compétitif en bas de la maison
