Our quiet house is located in the heart of a typical village. Shops 400m away on foot. Large, bright house, pleasant to live in. An outdoor park, with its swimming pool (heated from May to Oct), spa and 25 m² summer kitchen, will enable you to relax without being overlooked. Table soccer, ping pong, darts and board games are also available.
A large 70m2 garage is also available.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Everything we needed was there with ofcourse beautiful pool, jacuzzi and outside area. Really nice contact with the home owners and ofcourse the beautiful area have made this a really nice holiday! Would definitely recommend

We had a lovely stay at the charming house in Yenne. We really enjoyed the house, the pool and the spa. Hosts Eric and his wife were very friendly and helpful.The house is perfectly situated for exploring the nearby lakes and villages.

Great location. Quirky house. No internet!Yenne is a fantastic place for a holiday - a vibrant small town with great shops and restaurants, and a wonderful ice cream shop. It's also very well located for visiting the region and just 15 minutes from Lac du Bourget with its wonderful swimming spots.The house is a story of two parts. The living areas and garage are in a wood-clad extension on the side of a large traditional house. The bedrooms and bathroom are in part of the top floor of the original house. Decor and design reflect the old and new styles. The rooms are large and bedrooms have a lot of storage, although the house does show signs of general wear and tear from many years of holiday visitors.We were disappointed that the house did not have any internet, given that we had asked the host about it before booking and he had assured us via the VRBO app it would be available (there was no mention of internet on the English language site). Note that the house doesn't have AC and did get very hot at times (it was 35 degrees on several days) - standalone fans were provided. It is probably very cosy in winter.For family/teenagers, we highly recommend canyonning near Chambray! We also really enjoyed canoeing with the local Yenne provider at the camp site. For football fans, Lyon stadium is very accessible and just over an hour away ... a tremendous experience!

Parfait accueil d'Éric, logement conforme au descriptif, spacieux, piscine agréable ainsi que le jaccuzi. Commerces, restaurants à proximité, idéal à pieds. Logement calme, idéal pour se ressourcer et visites aux alentours. Location à recommander.

Adorable maison magnifiquement decorée

Adorable maison, confortable, joliment décorée et au calme. Cuisine/salon d'été très agréable pour l'apéro du soir. De vraies vacances entre spa, piscine, balades à proximité. Équipements vraiment complets, rien ne manque.

Venus entres amis (3 couples) pour un trail, nous sommes restés 2 nuits. Accueil parfait, grande adaptabilité du propriétaire notamment pour la prise des lieux. Maison tres spacieuse pour 6, tres bien équipée et très agréable avec de grand volume et une bonne clarté. Piscine, jaccuzi et cuisine d'été sont très appréciables en temps estival. Je recommande

Très beau sejour

Très belle maison, spacieuse, bien équipée et décorée. Le jardin avec la terrasse, le jacuzzi et la piscine offre des moments de détente et de convivialité. Très bien situé dans cette belle région et ces 3 magnifiques lacs (Annecy - Le Bourget - Aiguebelette). Propriétaire toujours disponible et arrangeant. Bref, tout était parfait.

Super week-end entre amies. Jaccuzi apprécié après une belle balade. Un gite confortable et décoré avec goût. Situé proche des commerces pour tout faire à pied.
