Sonoran Sea East 1001 is located on the top floor of the East Building of the Sonoran Sea Resort, right in the center of the best beach in Puerto Peñasco. This condominium is Spectacular….its spacious terrace features a table for 8. The patio measures 436 sq ft. Along with the unit's other amenities, we are sure you will be delighted with our wonderful beach view.

There is no doubt you will love this condominium. Its size, design, and beautiful decor make it unique. Excellent for Family Vacations. The decor includes rattan furniture, seafoam green walls, and lots of little details that take you someplace exotic!

Features include 3 bedrooms, one with a children's bunk bed as well as a queen bed. The master has an attached private bathroom and a king bed. The great, open kitchen makes a place to work in.

The patio floats above the surrounding beachfront. A large dining table, as well as a plush seating area, makes a spot for all to enjoy. Sonoran Sea SE 1001 is an ideal spot for enjoying the best of Rocky Point.

Outside of your Sonoran Sea home, is enough entertainment to keep you busy. Lots of fun venues are here - Banditos with its regular live music. Changes are fun with a swim-up bar. Down the beach is Wrecked at the Reef, with food, fun, and music right on the sand.

Excellent Stay

I was very happy with everything, the view was gorgeous. The rooms were spacious and felt very much like my own home. I was amazed by the location and I will make sure I book again. Loved it!!

Nice overall

Condo..Nice. main TV in family room is up to date. Tvs in all other rooms not up to date for late night watching but that's ok. Patio is great, there is a cleaning service that comes every three days. Not a problem as there is a washer and dryer but they only supplied 6 bath towels..we booked for 8 people:/. We supplemented with the beach towels we brought. *Note to owner/manager more towels and an equivalent amount if wash clothes/hand towels. We had 2 washclothes only. Wrist bounds..I'd its damaged for some odd reason..tie it up they will charge you $20 for a new one even if you turn in the damaged one. Vendors Atchison property can come straight to the pool wall. They are mostly polite some interrupted our conversation. Other resorts down the beach do have a boundary line. Overall great experience, eat at Banditos ahalf block away yummm. The restaurants on.property are closed Tues/Wed.

Nice place

Nice property love the beachfront location. Pools are nice. The water was a bit warm when we went in the first night through. Love the swim up bar, but wish it was open more. Our condo was just like the pictures if not better. I wish they did give more towels we had to wash them, but we did not find the detergent for the washing machine. The only issues we had were that the fridge did not get cold & when we let them know they said it takes 6 hrs for it to get cold. It did not get cold enough to keep things in there the whole weekend so we put things in the freezer for a bit & moved them to the fridge. My husband complained that the water in the master shower was only coming out cold, but it was fine when I took a shower. My sister also complained that the water in the other shower would not come out at times, but other people said it was fine. Would stay here again with more people. It was 6 of us & we had more space than we needed.

Fun family trip

We enjoyed our stay at Sonoran Sea, where we spent a few days with our kids for spring break. The property is well maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Good place to stay with family!
