We're sorry the resort's security policies regarding oversized vehicles caused frustration during your stay. We certainly understand how inconvenient that can be. However, those policies are set and enforced by the resort's HOA and security team, and unfortunately they are completely outside of our control as the manager of this individual condo. We always work hard to provide a clean, comfortable, five-star experience inside the condo, so it's disappointing when factors beyond our control affect a guest's overall rating. We truly appreciate your compliments about the property and hope you'll give us another opportunity to host you in the future.

For extended stays, we provide five rolls of toilet paper per bathroom at check-in, which is generally sufficient for most guests.
