Enter the residence on the ground floor by the plunge pool, shared only with the residents of 236 Myrtle. Stairs or elevator take you to the second level, where the home opens up to a spacious living/dining/kitchen area with large floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The Chef's kitchen will delight even the most accomplished cook, with its six burner gas stove, double dishwasher drawers, built in oven and micro-oven, warming drawers, and oversized refrigerator. Plenty of counter space, including an eat-in island, provides the ideal setting for prep-work. |

Beyond the living area are three spacious bedrooms, each with an en suite bath with granite counters and limestone tile. The spacious master suite features a walk-in shower with body jets, double vanities, a soaking tub with chandelier, and private balcony with ocean view. One additional guest room is located separate from the others, just off the first floor—this features a king size bed, mini wet bar and en suite bath, perfect for a family traveling with an au pair.

Additional features include natural tumbled marble flooring and raised ceilings throughout, a private elevator, original artwork, bar with built-in wine refrigeration, top of the line built-in outdoor gas grill, smart TV in living room and much more. Located across from the beach, within walking distance of the King & Prince.

Great location , beautiful views

We had a wonderful stay here at this beautifully designed and well stocked vacation rental,only complaint is the wifi not so great but since we were at the beach it was a very small issue. We really loved it and would definitely love to go back.

Beautiful home with spectacular ocean views only steps from the beach

Perfect home for our family to spread out and also plenty of room to spend time together in the living room which offers amazing views of the ocean, which is less than a minute walk. Home was nicely furnished, 4 king bedrooms with en-suite baths was a nice touch.

Great rental - felt like come!

This is a great property, large, comfortable, right at the beach, and with every amenity. Spectacular views from most rooms. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back. Perfect for families!!! The management company was very helpful and take care of the property very well. The elevator to assist in luggage was an extra surprise!!

Amazing location and property

What an awesome place with unbelievable views. We celebrated my 40th birthday with my wife and a few other friends. All of us could not stop commenting on how great the views of the beach/ocean were. The location is excellent too - walkable to downtown area with restaurants/shops etc. and a very short walk to grab some coffee in the morning at the Cottage (Part of King & Prince resort). Plenty of room and really nice to have each room with a King bed and it's own spacious bathroom. We would all highly recommend the property and plan on visiting again sometime!

Not very pleased

We had 8 individuals that stayed in this house on the week of May 29-June 2. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for all of us. The proximity to the beach was perfect and the pool was wonderful as well, however there was not enough parking as the driveway only holds two vehicles and parking lot is shared with other beach goers on a first come bases. The jets in master bathroom whirlpool was not working which was a big disappointment, then the shower in master bedroom also stop working. I videotaped us pulling knob and turning it with no water coming out shower head. This is unacceptable due to the price to stay at this rental. We had to wake up our guest to shower in their room, which was very embarrassing. Property managers responded both days promptly and were very kind in regards to concerns, however was unable to remedy the situation. We were told we would hear from them on Monday, however never heard from anyone. We are used to staying at the round house whenever we are visiting St Simon, but because this trip was last minute home was booked. We decided this rental is not for us & we will not stay or recommend this property, to many inconveniences.

Takoya, We appreciate the feedback provided. We sincerely apologize the jets in the master were not working for your stay. We have since fixed them for the next guest to enjoy. When checking on the issue with the master shower, we were able to turn it on and found it to be in working order. We hope our voice messages in regards to turning the shower on found you well. It can be a little tricky at times and hate that you had to wake up other guests to use their shower. This house is among our guest's favorites because of the location, views, and beautiful furnishings. We hope you will consider a future visit and we look forward to the opportunity to host you again.

Very Nice Location

Very enjoyable stay. Usually go to Hilton Head, however we wanted to go further south. Nice property, good location also. Not as much to do as HIlton Head, but great for a few days. Had dinner at Carolina Coastal nearby. GreAt meal, good service. Great value.

Great Memorial Day Weekend!

This place was awesome! The amenities were great, the location was even better. We had a great view of the ocean and some beach fireworks. Walking to the beach was so easy each day. The condo itself is incredibly nice - beautiful bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen!

Beautiful Property in Great Location!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - beautifully decorated, excellent accommodations and the location was perfect - a short walk to the beach, or nice bike ride to the Village. Very spacious -there were 6 of us and we had plenty of room to stretch out! Hodnett Cooper was also great to work with and took great care of us! Hope to stay again in the future!
