We had a wonderful time at St. Simons! The condo was exactly as pictured and had plenty of space for our group of 6. The amenities at the King and Prince are excellent! Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance, we were even able to walk the beach down to the pier. Overall a great family trip!

This was a beautiful place and great location. We loved the view and easy access to the beach. We could walk to some nearby restaurants and it was an easy .08 mile walk to the heart of downtown. The house was very clean and the owner got back to us quickly. We would definitely come back!!

This condo has one of the absolute best views of any King and Prince condo we have ever stayed in. Incredible ocean views from both king bedrooms which you do not get anywhere else. The condo itself was updated and lovely. We had such an amazing time and can’t wait to go back!
