This villa is perfect! The location is great and the views spectacular. The access to the beach and the King and Prince pools is so easy. Brad was very helpful, and our group of all ages enjoyed a wonderful vacation! We can't wait to come back.

We had a wonderful time at St. Simons! The condo was exactly as pictured and had plenty of space for our group of 6. The amenities at the King and Prince are excellent! Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance, we were even able to walk the beach down to the pier. Overall a great family trip!

Beautiful view and easy to get around.

This was a beautiful place and great location. We loved the view and easy access to the beach. We could walk to some nearby restaurants and it was an easy .08 mile walk to the heart of downtown. The house was very clean and the owner got back to us quickly. We would definitely come back!!

Perfect weekend with a perfect view

Our stay in this King & Prince condo was so great. The location was amazing. Oceanfront with an amazing view and also a short walk to three or more of our favorite restaurants. We will definitely be back! Owner was very responsive and helpful, too.
