This charming vacation home is thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, complimentary WiFi, cable TV, and parking for up to four cars. Guests can enjoy home-cooked meals in the dining area with seating for six or unwind in the cozy living room, which offers comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and access to a deck with additional outdoor dining. With four well-appointed bedrooms across three floors, this home comfortably accommodates guests with queen beds in each room, ceiling fans, and private or shared bathrooms. Super convenient

The property was clean, spacious and really convenient! We walked to beach daily, to the community flea market and restaurants. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a convenient location with stairs (because the house is three levels).

Great location plenty of room, great having 4 bathrooms. One downside were the towels and not enough drinking glasses, wine glasses. Carpet and furniture showed some wear.

Beach Daze

Great property it was what we expected. Nice outdoor space minutes to the beach and comfortable and clean inside. The only very slight negative was minimal condiments, sugar spices, and there was one extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom and on roll of paper towels. You will have to buy more if needed. I would definitely rent again!

The property was very nice and in a very convenient location. However, it could have been cleaner. The oven was not clean which caused a problem when we tried to use it. The microwave did not work. The linens were dated.

Lovely home with LOTS of closet/storage space. Loved having 4 bedrooms AND 4 bathrooms! I would recommend adding blackout curtains to the 2 back bedrooms. The LED street light in Granny’s Kitchen parking lot was VERY bright! Also might want to consider replacing some towels, they seemed old and worn. But overall it was a great week!!

Duplex

Great location…short 2 blocks to the ocean. House was clean and we felt secure in the area. Description was accurate. Parking was outstanding! Would suggest bringing more towels and washcloths as each guest only had one of each plus a hand towel. Bathrooms didn’t have bath mats which could pose a falling risk on wet floors. One bedroom didn’t have pillowcases and no other linens were available in the house. Open stairs to the 3rd floor which would be scary with small children. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we enjoyed the duplex.
