Incredible like-new four bedroom deluxe duplex/condo just two blocks to the ocean with convenient beach access. Walk to the beach for a great day and enjoy the outdoor shower to rinse off. Lovely hardwood flooring, lavish carpet in the bedrooms, muli-level decks for views, breezes, and aroma. . Large living room with fireplace and TV alcove and much more. Ideal for entertaining with stainless steel appliances and granite kitchen with tons of cabinets, spacious dining area and an amazing living area. Large laundry room and pantry. A great garage with mini refrigerator for beach drinks. Beach Cart for chairs and beach toys. Four bicycles, beach chairs, and workout bench. Nice fenced in back yard, shaded with large tree and seating around tree. Ground floor has bed room and bath with queen bed and TV and access to back yard. Top floor has master bedroom with queen bed and bath with shower and garden tub. TV in master bed room. Second bedroom has full bed. Third bed room has day bed with pop up trundle. Wonderful Place with Everything You Need!

This condo was an excellent place to stay! It was beautifully furnished and so comfortable. Location was perfect! My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. There were so many amenities and supplies for cooking, cleaning, play, and anything else! We would absolutely stay again!

Long Weekend in Carolina Beach

Great location very clean and with every amenity. Downstairs is off garage but great for teens who don’t mind sharing a bed. Will definitely stay here again!

Property was just as listed with one fairly major miscommunication, no towels or bed linens are provided. My VRBO experience has always had linens and we didn’t see any written statements to the contrary. The owners had a linen svc provider the next day so it was corrected for us.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at Jim’s beach house. Jim was very responsive to all my questions before the trip. The house was large and the perfect amount of space for my family (6 adults & 2 children). The house was clean and within walking distance to the beach. They have an outdoor shower which was helpful when getting back from the beach and being able to wash the sand off. We would definitely book this home again for our future beach trips!

Beautiful beach house

Very spacious and beautiful beach house! It came fully stocked with everything we needed except for linens and towels, but that wasn’t a big deal at all! It was a great stay and the host was super responsive and gave us all the details we needed both before and during our stay. The house was very clean and had all the cleaning supplies we could ever need as well!! The walk to the beach took us a little bit longer since we had kids, but it was only about a 5 min walk to the beach! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo Near The Beach

The condo itself was beautiful. The dryer took a long time to dry clothes. Either the dryer exhaust needed cleaning or the flexible pipe needed to be uncurled for free access to blow outside. It seemed like only "basic" cleaning was done inside the condo before we arrived. We appreciated the extra things like bicycles, toys , games, etc. and the neighborhood was very nice. Jim communicated with us promptly and was very patient to answer our questions.

Great with some hiccups!

First off, you can’t beat the location. Even with 5 kids 11 and under, it was still a very short walk to and from the beach. The house is spacious and gave everyone enough room to spread out and use multiple bathrooms at once, huge plus. Our biggest gripes were: 1. The location of the 4th bedroom is a little inconvenient since it’s off the garage and you have to walk through the garage to get into it. Especially if you plan on little ones staying there. 2. The mattress in the master bedroom is very uncomfortable. Kind of a bummer after a nice beach day to lie in the bed. 3. The kitchen was not as well stocked as other VRBOs we’ve stayed at i.e. different sized plates and bowls for kiddos, basic condiments for cooking, menus and local restaurant listings.

Home away from Home

My family from England love to spend time at the beach. Three adults and two 10 yo had an amazing time at this house. We played games everyday and night before and after the beach, there were plenty to choose from. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious with three showers in total. The first floor next to the garage has a private suite that my parents stayed in., they loved the privacy. My children and I stayed on the third floor with a master bedroom and two smaller bedrooms between a Jack and Jill bathroom. The garage has plenty of beach chairs with a cart to walk back and forth to the beach. We had a short drive to Kure pier for fishing, This beach house will definitely be a home I return to.

Excellent location as it takes only 2 minutes to be to the beach.

Location is great and the environment is also quiet. The house itself is very comfortable and clean. It would be perfect if the beds were of larger size. We enjoyed out stay.

Wonderful house

The house was clean and spacious for our family. I love how we'll stock it was with things you will need for your trip. My son also enjoyed the board games. Mr. Jim was also prompt in responding if I have questions. Also, the location was very close to the beach. Love everything in this house!

Spacious rental super close to the beach! Kitchen is well stocked with cookware and plenty of cleaning products. Wonderful beach gear is provided, and Jim was easy to contact. Location was perfect! Easy walk to the beach.

Great vacation home

We had such an excellent stay on Snapper Lane! The place was everything we expected and more. We came prepared with paper products, cleaning products, and beach gear but we did not need any of that!
