Incredible like-new four bedroom deluxe duplex/condo just two blocks to the ocean with convenient beach access. Walk to the beach for a great day and enjoy the outdoor shower to rinse off. Lovely hardwood flooring, muli-level decks for views, breezes, and aroma. . Large living room with fireplace and TV alcove and much more. Ideal for entertaining with stainless steel appliances and granite kitchen with tons of cabinets, spacious dining area and an amazing living area. Large laundry room and pantry. A great garage with mini refrigerator for beach drinks. Beach Cart for chairs and beach toys. Four bicycles, beach chairs, and umbrella. Nice fenced in back yard, shaded with large tree, patio and seating around tree. Ground floor has bed room and bath with queen bed and TV and access to back yard. Top floor has master bedroom with queen bed and bath with shower and garden tub. TV in master bed room. Second bedroom has full bed. Third bed room has day bed with pop up trundle. These two bedrooms have jack and jill bath. WIFI access. Outdoor grill.
