Ten minute walk to public beach access. Quite private location with live oaks providing shade. Bottom level of a private home. One bedroom/one bath. Perfect getaway for a couple. Easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Walk to Nags Head Woods or Barnes Street Park. A short drive or bike ride to Jockey’s Ridge, Wright Brothers Memorial, and Nags Head Ecological Preserve. WiFi, and Prime Video. TVs are also set up for your other steaming services. Kitchen with all essentials ready for your culinary needs. Washer/dryer. Top level is a home business with a separate entrance, which is not lived in. The bottom level is all yours.

This home was very comfortable and clean and, although in a neighborhood, felt private. A quiet and convenient place to stay for a few days. The kitchen was well stocked. The front and back porch were nice areas to relax on. We would stay there again next time in that area. Also, the host was very accommodating when we had to adjust our dates at the last minute.

Great, clean property! Meg knows what she is doing with her helpful signs throughout the first floor for what to clean at check-out. Well done with seating on the back porch perfect for coffee, plenty of ceiling fans, and lots of lighting. Kitchen was well stocked too. My only recommendation is if you are cold-natured, bring slippers/socks for the tile floors! We had a great long weekend and would highly recommend this property in Nags Head. Close to all the good spots. We can't wait to go back! Thanks!

Great location for seeing the sights we wanted to visit. Quiet neighborhood and close to grocery store. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy and the kitchen had all we needed. So enjoyed the pictures decorating the walls! Would return here on our next trip.

I had a great stay here—everything was just as advertised. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and check-in was smooth and easy. The location was ideal—close to restaurants and walkable to downtown, but still quiet at night. The staff was friendly and responsive when we had a quick question about parking. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay.

This place was perfect. The host was absolutely wonderful and accommodating there was a slight issue on check in but was quickly remedy and meg went above and beyond to make it happen. This will definitely be my new go to place when staying on the outer banks.

OBX Getaway

The property was nice and clean and the bed was super comfortable. It is close enough to the beaches to easily drive there in a couple of minutes and far enough away to avoid the inflated cost of rentals on the beach.
