Our townhome provides the perfect basecamp for your Moab adventures! Conveniently located just 5 minutes from downtown Moab with easy access to the area's top attractions and recreational amenities! Our comfortable 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome features comfortable furnishings and mountain-modern decor throughout, a fully-stocked kitchen with new appliances, large dining room, two enclosed patios equipped with a gas grill, and a bicycle rack that holds up to 5 bikes.

The living room has a 65" Smart TV and both bedrooms are equipped with 43" Smart TV's as well. The master bedroom has a great view of the Moab Rim and the guest bedroom has a fabulous view of the La Sal Mountains. It has two separate patios one facing east for the morning sun with great views of the La Sals and one facing west with Moab Rim views for sunsets and warm afternoons with your favorite beverage :)

The Rim Village Vista neighborhood offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (heated late March - late October), hot tubs (heated year round), tennis court and playground -- making it the perfect Moab basecamp for all ages!

There are 2 designated parking spots as well as plenty of curbside parking for trailers and additional vehicles.

Master - King (Upstairs) with attached bath
Guest bedroom - Queen (Upstairs) with attached bath
Living Room - Two queen sleeper sofas (downstairs) with 1/2 bath

Book seven or more nights and a 10% discount is automatically applied (does not apply during Jeep Week).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
