This apartment is located in the lower level of a three-floor building. To access the apartment is necessary to descend one floor to reach the ground level.

Not What I Expected

I want to start out by saying Fleix the host was awesome. He gave me a lot of good information before I got to Samana. When I arrived to this apartment the photos I seen online is false. The apartment is warn down with cracked doors/cracked ceiling. The wooden banister outside has rotten away. The stove and oven was very difficult to use. Now if you rent this apartment you need to be aware that this building sits on a mountain. This apartment is all the way down at the bottom of the mountain. It’s a nice work out to walk up the hills if you want to enjoy the Restaurant they have there. I had a great time in Samana but unfortunately I was disappointed in the apartment.

Michael: Thanks for your kind words about me. Very sorry that your impression of my place was not as good. I know is not new but reading what you wrote is like you went to another apartment! The pictures shown in the profile are pictures of the apartment one year ago.I dont think one year will be enough to produce such drastic changes. The information about the hill and how to operate the appliances were given to you in advance, therefore, don't supposed to be a surprise. I make a point in writing about the hill because I know some people may have some difficulties. Again, very sorry for your disappointment. Is the first time I get comments like yours.
